Hey Ladies,
So, this is my very first pregnancy and as a life long advocate for
fitness and living a healthy lifestyle I want to continue my normal exercise routine while pregnant. However I do not want to put my baby at risk at all. Wondering if there are any other fit moms to be out there who can refer me to the best reading material on the topic? I know i will need to keep my heart rate within certain parameters, but that's about all I know at this time.
