And no, its not a waste of time. Working out is making you healthier. Something like 6 pack abs aren't always the best indicator of who is healthy and who is not.

Anti-Rotation Crunch Attach a rope to the low pulley of a cable station and lie on your back alongside the stack. With both hands, hold the rope in front of your chest. Perform a crunch, arms locked, and don't let your torso rotate (even though the cable pulls you sideways). Pause, and return to the starting position. Do 15 reps, switch sides, and repeat.

Avatar f tn It's not muscle memory lol.. it's that after ur 1st ur stomach muscles are not as tight as a 1st timer so it shows faster cuz it's loose. But if u exercised n worked on ur abs n they r strong then it will be the same as a 1st timer. This is my 3 n I exercises n had a six pack after my pregnancies so even on my 3rd I didn't show til 25 weeks.

Avoid deep fried foods, processed foods, refined foods and foods high in saturated fats. Eat foods that are nutrient-dense, high in fiber and low in fat, eat lean meats, low fat dairy, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and legumes. No liquid calories.

You're not necessarily going to lose weight and it definitely won't get you a six pack. You're nutrition is going to be about 90% of it but if you want to see those abs you're going to need to change up your routine.
