For six pack abs, quite frankly, most who have them don't get them through exercise -- it's a sure sign of steroid use, since the belly should have some fat. Crunches are what I consider a good "finisher" at the end of your core training, poor form often results in not much else than a sore neck. Instead, work your core with dynamic stabilizing moves.

But if u exercised n worked on ur abs n they r strong then it will be the same as a 1st timer. Running, tennis, kickboxing and rowing all use the core to stabilize the upper body during the workout. The abs engage, and at the same time get stronger and more defined. You're not necessarily going to lose weight and it definitely won't get you a six pack. You're nutrition is going to be about 90% of it but if you want to see those abs you're going to need to change up your routine.

Also, if at the end of the pack you do in fact get your period totally normal (or slightly heavier flow). Note, there was no unprotected sex and no ejaculation during intercourse. Is there any chance of being pregnant? If the next normal period is to come on time as usual, is there anything to worry about?

I’m still getting stinging pain along the incision, which isn’t worrying me so much. But at the top, just under my belly button, I’m getting quite a lot of pain on the sides of the incisions. (Where they pulled the skin back and held it open during surgery.) The area is still tender to the touch, and feels very badly bruised.

Avatar f tn You get a flat stomach by dieting, any exercise will help build some muscle there but most people have a six pack underneath the fat already, and everyone has a "flat stomach underneath the fat.. This is why and on skinny guys don't count :P Also, a lot of people's pooch or whatever you call it has a lot to do with inflammation of the digestive track.

I tested negative at 8 weeks and 13 weeks with Home Access FDA approved test, and 11 weeks with antibody test at doctors office. just wondering chances of having hiv are despite test results and how sure i can be that i dont have hiv.
