That is absolutely wrong. The only thing you need when stopped is driver's license, proof of insurance and if glasses restriction on license wearing your glasses. A police officer will never need or ask for that and it doesn't remove need to wear glasses if on the license.
I just recently found out my P.M Drs. license has been supended by the Wa.State Quality Assurance. I asked the Dr. at my last visit if everything was going to okay or should I look for another Dr. Him and his staff both informed me that there was not any problem and that he was able to continue to prescribe my medications. I found out on Sat. that he had been on the news. When I went to the States website all they said was to find another Dr. or if you have to, go to the emergency room.

I know this isn't pregnancy related but I'm so upset about the way I was treated at the dmv today. I went to take my road test and the lady was really rude and mean. I know I made some mistakes I knew I wouldn't pass but the way she talked to me made me feel so worthless. I'm 24 and should have gotten my license years ago. But, I lived in a state where I didn't need a license after I got married I relocated.
My mother is a nurse and has been a recovering addict for years, however I feel she may have had a relapse. She can no longer function as a nurse, let alone function normally. My brother passed away a few years ago and she has been on a downward wind whirl ever since. She "was" taking ativan and oxycontin. She has also been diagnosed with Graves disease and hyperthyroidism.
I am taking Tegretol for focal seizures. I do have seizures and within 24 hours of the seizure I get a migraine that I treat with Imitrex, sometimes it helps and sometimes not. I feel I can't discuss this with my doctor afraid it might be reported and it will affect my driver's license. I'm just wondering what exactly is happening when this occurs.

R u going the the PA State Board of Nursing to get ur license back?i know its a lotta hoop jumping...i work w/impaired professionals...nurses,pharmacists etc....and many of them take a job they don't want or like til they can get their license reinstated.If ur a RN u worked hard to get that license....work hard to stay sober.....don't let that license go or give up.....one day at a time.....and u can be back in ur profession.
