488724 tn?1253551235 I was able to get down to 173 then now im way back up to 182-183 and i even got down to 179 by working out a couple of times and then next time i wanted to work out my body just isnt letting me and even tho i did the treadmill on sunday and i weight 179.4.. and on Tuesday when i was gonna workout again, i weighed 181.6 and this morning 182.8. Could it be that my medicine has stopped working? Do i gotta push myself even harder with the work outs.

No overall differences in safety or effectiveness were observed between subjects 65 years and over and younger subjects. While this and other clinical experience have not identified differences in responses between the elderly and younger patients, greater sensitivity of some older individuals cannot be ruled out.
Avatar f tn There are healthy ways to lose weight and that could be discussed in the specific forum but obtaining a nutrionist is best and Weight Watchers good as well but avoid weight loss products. Most are unhealthy or useless. And products with Nutrasweet should be avoided as well as that can worsen depression (as some studies show). Replace all sugared drinks with flavored seltzer water for starters. That worked for me.

I an 23 and was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago, i am on the pill, and was simply told by my doctor, exercise more and eat right (which is a bit suss as you'll see below), i can deal with the dieting, i can deal with the random periods and i can deal with the excess hair (my mums italian so it was kinda on the cards already) but i cannot deal with the weight!
Avatar m tn t have to count calories you eliminate the foods that cause the weight gain, the spikes in insulin which causes the weight gain and amazingly you will lose weight.. you will have more energy and it will become easier to exercise and you gain that energy.. I'm down 60 lbs and am loving eating this way.. it has cured a bunch of health problems and it has helped a bunch of people(including my parents) get to where they want to be with their weight.

Avatar f tn hi beverlyhilsa, actually, most of our problem are just because of our bad habits, no one has forced you to eat junks, sugar or other stuff like that but still, you are eating. okay, now if you have really decided to lost weight just say "yes I can do it" and you are half done. people will share their experiences over this forum and I'll do the same. I use beyond weight management tea for my weight loss and found it really good.

On an average 2-3 kilos should be lost in a month. You should right and healthy. Never skip a meal. Also a fitness regime needs to be fixed. Avatar f tn I found out when I was 5 weeks 2 days had it confirmed at 5 weeks 3 days and seen my dr and had an ultrasound at exactly 6 weeks. I have been super sick and have lost 5.5 lbs. I am overweight, pre pregnancy weight of 215 lbs. Now weighing in at 209.5 lbs. Should I be concerned about the weight loss? Or is it ok since I already am overweight?

Avatar f tn Please don't go crazy about weight loss..and drinking only tea for breakfast is extremely unhealthy! Your body is super hungry after a whole night fast...n then when you give it tea (anything acidic) it feels you're starving and starts storing fat..fat is like cotton,more volume and less weight! so you might see weight loss,but not much inch loss.just have a healthy breakfast,a fruit as snack after about 2 hours,lunch and another snack after 2 hours and keep it light for dinner...
Avatar f tn hi, just wanted to say make sure you are getting enough calories a day. I started only having 700kcal a day, and I became exhausted . I lost a stone in 2 weeks but then I think I got into starvation mode and couldn't lose any more weight. I even gained weight and I hadn't increased my calorie intake. My body was just storing everything as fat. Also it helps to drink a lot of water and eat as much fruit, veg, nuts etc. as you can. They'll make you feel healthier and more energised.
