Well, thanks! I have to tell you, if you follow that plan, it really doesn't "hurt" that mich. Now, the first couple of days were tough and painful even. My stomach hurt from hunger, and I pee'd up a storm as I body was wringing out every carb it could. I had rubber legs, but instead of feeding my body what it craved, I ate walnuts, and almonds, and it passed. Then, the hunger pangs diminished, and no longer that viscious hunger that I was experiencing.
