Here is what I found for Incivek or Victrelis in combo with Pegasys, Ribavirin and Simvastatin. Both PIs are contraindicated.
My blood pressure is normal, my skin is normal temperature and does not have any color change. Have seen a general practitioner and he's confused. Suggested a neurologist but haven't gone yet. Any suggestions?
About 2 weeks ago I developed minor numbness in my left pink and ring fingers. I can stil feel them, they're just dulled. Over 30 days ago I took a nap on a normal day and woke up with numbness on my left side it felt as tho my arm and legs, feet on left side had gone to sleep however they never woke up. I tried to sleep it off that night but decided to go to the er the following am..they admitted me for fear that i had had a stroke and kept me for about 5 days. Mt neurologist stated that i had a million dollar work up..they did mri's,ct's,spinal tap and loottsss of blood work and they all came back fine.

Complains of severe back pain, numbness in hands and feet, unsteady on feet (needs walker), incontinence, signs of dementia. My Question: Seemed better on previous medication regime: Norvasc, Lanoxin, Spironolactone, Levothyroxine. Worse on current medication regime: Metoprolol, Benazepril, Isorb Mono Tab, Spironolactone, Simvastatin, Levothyroxine.
I started about 5 yrs ago with slight numbness and burning in my feet and hands. I was diagnosed with neuropathy. It has progressed to both feet, both hands, up to my knees and almost to my elbo. They burn like frost bite. My hands turn blood red, the bottoms of my feet and toes turn red. I sleep with an electric blanket year round. The heat seems to help. I take neurontin 800 mg 3xday. I see a rhymatologist and neurologist. I had a nerve biopsy which said I had pereferal nerve damage.
I have extreme fatigue, tiredness and exhaustion, no energy, hands and feet are always cold, dry skin, tingling and numbness in hands and feet. In addition, my stomach is extremely bloated and have frequent belching. For Vitamin D, my doctor has put me on 50,000 IU of prescription Vit D and for LDL, 10 mg of simvastatin. But I am still unable to do my daily tasks. I urgently need help how to overcome fatigue, exhaustion, bloating and belching.

Last night after taking eye vitamins, vit E and D, and Simvastatin 10 mg. , then showered, it seemed like the room was moving, began to sweat and feel a little nauseated. I am 50 years old and have never experienced this before. Went to doctor only 2 days ago and blood pressure was good (~170/72). Did have a bowel movement and still had symptoms. Felt back to normal this morning, but still wonder what caused this.
I have since been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel syndrome and am waiting to have surgery, this goes some wsy to explaining the numbness, buzzing and tingling in my hands but not in my legs. The buzzing isn't present all the time. I have stopped going to the gym. However, I do walk the do and walk to work and experience the buzzing after I have stopped walking. I have also notice that the buzzing is increased when I bend my head and rest chin on my chest.
The whole right side of my body goes almost complete numb. I get light headed and dizzy, and that is just to name a few. On top of that diagnosed They say that I have sinusitis, Paraesthias and Hyperglycemic. But the main thing is the headaches, I can't do anything. Should I go to a ENT or just go to my family doctor with these diagnoses from the ER. I can't stand this feeling anymore. Please tell me what you think.

I have been experiencing ( parasthesia) full body numbness. This numbness is especially prominent in my face and head and scalp. Everything seems vague and distant (brain fog) and numb throughout my being. I feel a constant slight sense of vertigo and dizziness. I also have been experiencing occassional and sudden heart palpitations followed by a rapid pulse and a sudden rise in blood pressure.
Her doctor (neurologist) wants her taken off Plavix and aspirin and wants to replace it with Aggrenox. She was doing well with Plavix and aspirin, but after her brief hospitalization her neuro wants to switch her. She was negative for a TIA and stroke, but her MRI showed significant periventricular white matter disease that the doctor said is more than just old age. What do you think of the change in meds? Then we got her a nuerologist, who prescribed her with Lamictal (Lamotrigine) - an anti seizure med. Today she takes Lamictal, Lopressor, simvastatin, Plavix, Ecotrin, and an Iron supplement. As of 6 months ago, she had a stent placed in her right Carotid. After the procedure, her blood pressure wouldn't return back to normal, even after waiting 30 hours. She reluctantly agreed to have a bag of blood transfused. 1 hour after the transfusion, and her blood pressure returned back to normal.

They put me on baby aspirin daily and sent me on my merry little way. Six months later I started feeling numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. My arms felt heavy and my coordination was off. Last month he told me that I had Bronchitis took and antibiotic erythrmiacin ,don't feel any different. I do have high blood pressure ( take metropolol) and have High Cholesterol( take simvastatin), 3 months ago he did a Diabetes AiC test that came back 6.6 and said I have diabetes. Asked for a new 3 month test which we did today and it came back 6.3 which I knew it would come back normal. I am very active ,eat as well as I can, not many sweets, or drinks, very thin, etc.

Everything subsides during day except tremor and note I can will the movement to stop and then it returns and this is not continual through day, only when work-related stressor induced....Stopped taking Simvastatin 8/08 "cold" after reading it caused PD-like neuropothy and went back on 3 days later and experienced extreme adverse reaction(s) and pharmacist said I'm now "allergic" to same and to cease medication.......
