I can relate, when I suffered from anxiety, I barely took any medications. It has many side effects that it makes more damage than cure. Luckily there are numerous alternatives out there.
There are nutritional supplements like fish oil, 5-HTP, magnesium, vitamin b 12, and Endoca hemp products that can help alleviate anxiety. These are really good supplements that can calm you down.
You can also try herbal teas and essential oils. Lavender and chamomile are very recommended.
I can find no drug with the name "restyl." Do you perhaps mean "RESTORIL," which is a sedative-hypnotic in the benzodiazepine, (antianxiety) class of meds?
There is also the possibility you meant "RESYL." a trade name for guaifenesin, which is an expectorant.
If you've been taking RESYL for a cough for the past 6 MONTHS, you need to see your doctor inmediately. The med probably won't hurt you, but a cough lasting 6 months needs looking into.

Like... they said at 10mg there are very few side-effects and at 20mg there are noticeable side-effects. But, you obviously don't want to change the dose on your own, as this can be extremely dangerous! But, it would be worth talking to your doctor about if the side-effects don't go away fast enough. Although... most of the time... with SSRIs in general I find, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for side-effects to go away and then they're gone for good.

I just started on Zohydro ER because the idea of not taking acetaminophen with hydrocodone was tempting. (There's a Black Box warning about the acetaminophen in Vicodin).
The first day I started the Z. (about 5 days ago) I got less pain relief and much more pain than I had with 5/375 Vicodin! That's seems totally wrong but it happened. The dose of the Z is the same as I got for the number of 5/375s I took per day.
