Do you ladies know some signs of a miscarriage? I don't feel like I've had one but when I first found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks I felt pregnant far as being nauseous and fatigued but now that I'm 9 weeks I feel like I'm just fat and not pregnant. Besides the extra spit I have no symptoms. I know people ask these types of questions alot but it's weird for me because with my first pregnancy i felt everything the whole 9 months but this one is different.
A heartbeat of 168 and making it to 11w4d are both very good signs. Every pregnant mom is nervous, but most pregnancies make it without miscarriage. In your shoes, I would not ignore it if you keep having a feeling that things are not right, but I'd try to assess the worry too, just in case it's coming from somewhere else.

I didn't remember cramping with my son but this pregnancy I cramped all the time and it worried me so much!! But I'm 21 weeks in the pregnancy and everything is fine...cramping is normal it isn't a sign of miscarriage (I have had 3 of them). So please try not to stress about it k. I know it's easier said then done because I stressed from 6 weeks-13 weeks. Your not bleeding which is wonderful and for peace of mind talk to you ob next time you see him/her.
I've had a few miscarriages and the first signs for me were the lack of pregnancy symptoms. I think that if you are still having the sore bbs, the pulling, cramping (I've never heard of those being signs of miscarriage), I think it's a good sign! You can always take HPTs or additional blood work to ease your nerves!

Really bad cramps with a bleed
I didn't have any signs with either of mine. With my first miscarriage in December I went in for my first big prenatal appointment at 11 weeks and the midwife couldn't find baby's heartbeat so they sent me for an ultrasound right away and there was nothing there, just a sac - it's what's called a blighted ovum. I had to have a D&C to basically have my uterus cleaned out, remove the sac and all that.
No one can say if you will or won't. Just watch out for signs like cramping or bleeding. Call your doctor if you are concerned. Wishing you the best!

The clear signs I know of are hard painful cramps, and you blood in clots not just regular period dependin. On how far along you are. Some women dont even know they had one.

(i had had a m/c 2 months earlier so was aware of the signs) The scan 10 days ago showed nothing in the sac, no baby no heartbeat, just empty. I'd prepared myself with the worse, however the scan showed the baby, growth of the baby and the size it should be to the day. But no heartbeat. Am i going to miscarry?
No. I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We went to my first so no and they couldn't find a heartbeat. This was 9 weeks 3 days. I hadn't had any signs of a miscarriage, no bleeding, cramps, nothing. I had to wait 5 days before I could have a dnc and didn't have any during that time either.
