My father is having the honavan tablets because his psa level was diagnosed as having gone up from 22 to 33. But instead of three tablets of 120 mg he is having only one of 120 mg at night as his body weight is only 41 kgs and he cant tolerate more. But he is feeling a kind of suffiocation in chest and breathlessness. He is also feeling low and tierd. He is 86 and till now has been a very active man. Please advise. He did not feel any effect of high psa- it was shown in a regular check up.

I do NOT tolerate these tablets as well and have also tried the 10mg capsules with the same effects (less effective more side effects- nausea, dizziness, fat face, racing thoughts, decreased libido, nightmares, sleep disturbances, etc.).. I have called several pharmacies but they all have the blue tablets too -_-... Th side effects persist even after a month on the different pill forms too.. Any options left? Or must I suck it up and take a pill that makes me sick or discontinue usage...

I just started on Zohydro ER because the idea of not taking acetaminophen with hydrocodone was tempting. (There's a Black Box warning about the acetaminophen in Vicodin). The first day I started the Z. (about 5 days ago) I got less pain relief and much more pain than I had with 5/375 Vicodin! That's seems totally wrong but it happened. Hi ! I am 21 years old male. I was diagnosed with "Marfan's Syndrome. My eyesight is constantly getting weaker day by day.I have no other defect , other than "Myopia". I have(-6.0) power of both eyes. My vision is quite hazy or blurred. I want to know that what effect "Marfan Syndrome" has on my eyes? Sould i opt for "Lasik" surgery or any other Treatment? I am on my 2nd week of Topamax. Get ready for some very strange side effects. Your hands and feet and face will tingle and fall asleep. I have no appetite at all. I can go from breakfast to dinner of the next day and not be hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat. I'm forgetting things. I went to Wal Mart and forgot what i went there for. If you are taking the meloxicam to address the side effects of this drug then it would probably be rational to discuss stopping both with your doctor. Thyroxine is for hypothyroid. It is very important to treat low thyroid adequately. If thyroid is not well treated it can make diabetes management harder and can also result in higher cholesterol levels. So, look at what each drug is for. Then determine if each one is really needed. I don't know you or your medical history....

Same thing happened to me a few times after taking the drug for seemingly no reason - limbs stopped moving soo sedated couldn't even speak and at the same time heartbeat went through the roof. Scary. However it hasn't happened for a few months now and I seem to have got used to it - perhaps the doc has started you on too high of a dose?. I'm on 500mg. These kinds of side effects are exacerbated by alcohol especially.

Delayed/missed menstural periods are not listed as one of the side effects of clonipramine. But stress CAN interfer with your cycles.
