re not watching the fat in your diet, this med in addition to fat in the diet (after having your GB removed) can cause problems such as those you're mentioning. If you are consuming fats, try cutting back and see if that's of help.

I would suggest you talk to your endocrinologist and tell him, you problem, he might be able to switch you r insulin type or see there are other things causing you to have dry eyes. Hi I am 17 and I am on metformin. The side effects of the Metformin isn't bad. You do have to go to the restroom alot but thats how you can loose waight. If you get pregnant it wont hurt the baby but metformin can go threw the milk well thats what I read. You would need to talk to your doctor if you want to breast feed. What that pill does is that it reduces the surgures on the foods you eat. Just start slow. Start with 1 for a pill for a week and then 2 ang just go on.

I have taken it back when I was 16 (now 24), and I stopped because of the side effects. Since May, I really have had any side effects. I start with 500mg twice and day, now I am on 1500mg daily. I too have PCOS. As far as OPK, I have done the OPK for about 4 months. There are several times were I would get + opk. but Af would not come 16 or even 28 days later. On the box witht he strips they do say that some women with PCOS or taking Ferility Pill may have a false positive.
