Your sex drive will fluctuate through your pregnancy. Also pain is normal after or during while pregnant unfortunately its apart of it sometimes. I would try taking things slow dont get too rough or fast it might help with the cramping.

I'm 31w2d (first baby) and my baby girl is sitting low. My lower stomach hurts when I walk. Also my girly parts get a sharp stabbing pain but only when I prop my feet up. I'm not into taking meds while prego. Anyone else experience this? How did you relieve the pain?

Used to happen to me in my first pregnancy. It'd be fine and as soon as id stand up id get hit with sharp pains, and i think it was worse the quicker i got up. Sometimes it would hurt for awhile. But nothing ever came of it, pain always subsided.

Every minute or less for the past 15-20 mins I kept getting this sharp pain in my lower abdomen on my left side and it would move to the whole bottom of my stomach and make my back hurt a little bit. I drink tons of water and I even tried laying on my side but, nothig helped. Most of the pain went away now its minimal to none but constant. Not sure what this is.. Any advice???

I am 24 weeks will be 25 on Thursday when me and my fiance have intercourse sometimes I will get a really sharp shooting pain in my stomach . Is that normal or something I should be worried about .

Anybody else getting sharp piercing pains in their lower back or stomach? I've been getting the sharp pains in my back way before I got pregnant. Can you be more specific about the pain? During my first trimester I had really bad cramping. But it's because the ligaments are stretching and your uterus is expanding. But if you ever have any questions or are concerned about it, I'd call your doctor. Good luck!

Here and therre tonight ill get a sharp pain on my left lowrr side of stomach very quickly. A fre mins later ill get one on my left upper sidr. Off and on all night... Now my stomach feels likr its cramping. Not like a period but its not normal to me.

I had that pain off and on. I had called the Dr and since I wasn't bleeding and my pain was almost like period cramps I was told to keep drinking lots of water stay off my feet on bed rest and take a full dose of Tylenol.

Sounds to me like ligament pain but cud also be a kidney infection. I suffer a lot with them in early pregnancy and it's like a sharp pain on one or both sides. Maybe just get doc to check.

Stomach issues are actually very common during pregnancy because of the fluctuating hormones. You can use kaopectate.

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I feel a sharp pain in my right side ( where the right ovary is). I felt that before this pregnancy and now when I wear pants with elactics it puts pressure on and I feel the pain afterward for hours. My last u/s was at 8 weeks and that is when they saw a cyst, and the doctors did not specify where exactly it was (uterus or ovary).

ve been playing volleyball ever since I was little and about a year ago I had this very very sharp pain in my stomach while we were conditioning. It was the most painful stomach cramp in my life! I'm 16 1/2 weeks, and I have pain in the morning some days. It has been sharp pain a few times, but I'm pretty sure it's related to gas and when I'm ready for bowl movement. Sorry for the bluntness, but thought it may ease your mind if you could pin point the pain to something similar. Probably still worth asking your doctor about... But I wouldn't stress, unless it gets worse or you have bleeding with pain...Then definitely go to the hospital!
