Did anyone see the rehab show last night. I can't imagine a rehab place letting women jump in a pool where it was so bad they couldn't show it on TV. I thought sex was not allowed in rehab and I considered that letting that happen was a big no no on the part of the rehab facility. I also see that Daniel Baldwin wants to leave. I use to like the guy now I think he is full of sh@@. I also think he is using. Don't they do blood tests to see if people are using??

and skip group, smoke cigs anywhere indoors ...... The few that did make it were in rehab for serious detox before joining the Dr Drew show ie Brigette Nielson.... you can google the quote unquote stars and see what their treatment consisted of in it's entirety, assuming they were sober for longer than the time frame of the show being filmed.

I cant sleep and was watching the VH1 show Celeb Rehab and I have to say I wish I could have detoxed in that center! Its so nice. Hell, I wish I could stay there right now. I like Dr. Drew too. People say that he is a fame--- but I dont know . he seems to really care about his patients. Either way that recovery center is so nice and beautiful.

Jeff Conaway died this morning. Not sure if anyone saw him on Celebrity Rehab but he was seriously addicted. Hearing this, after another guest from the show, Mike Starr of Alice in Chains, who also died from opiate abuse, has once again broken my heart. Serious shi* - an epidemic of huge proportion. I am home sick with the flu I picked up from son, and I discovered the show Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew. I thought at first what will they come up with next, but as I started the 2nd episode, I was sold. There are I think 8 people in various stages of addiction, and I think I can relate to them all in one way or another. The guy Jeff somebody that was in Grease and Taxi is the most noticably messed up, but I think the focus will shift. This show is such an inspration.

The only way I can sleep at night is with valium. I saw on the Celab rehab show that Dr. Drew said to let one guy just sleep thru the withdraws. I'm all for that.

My parents came and got me. Drew and I still talk daily on the phone, but Drew does not remember his threats of violence against me. I believe him. His family, however, does not believe me since he has not shown any of them rage, and his therapist said that it's my TBI that makes me blow things out of proportion. His mother admitted, though, that they do not challenge him. If he wants to drink, they let him. If he is having trouble remembering a word, they say it for him.

okay...so i was able to sit still long enough last night to watch celebrity rehab...usually it's a great show but in case you didn't catch it.....the patients are 3 days from their graduation, dr.drew decides that a sober night out will be helpful for them...he took them to a comedy club...they're having virgin drinks and water, everything seems great for them until the comic comes on stage...

I happened to be watching celebrity rehab and Dr. Drew mentioned that the addicts have to learn how to handle their own feelings instead of dulling them with meds. and it's very true. But once you learn how to handle things in a safe way it gets easier.

I watch celebrity rehab with Dr. Drew and I envy what those people have, I would trade my right arm in to get a free detox. All teh research I have done is like a minimum of 10 grand. If you know of a place where I can get a bed and have people helping and looking over me I would love you for the rest of my life. Hey y'all, I am actually on the plane now off to rehab!!!! I am so scared of detox and leaving my family, but i know deep down inside, this is the right thing to do. I can only pray that i will get through this and come out stronger than ever and continue to seek therapy. This really has been a long dark road for me and i am ready to take charge of my life, i am going into rehab with an open mind and i am going to fight this demon with everything i got in me, and i will WIN!!!!

well i found a rehab to go to I'm going on aug 25th but the weird thing is she said its tricky with insurances and detox and mine might not pay and she can't see if they will until I'm there and if they dont cover it it cost 9000$ so i will have to leave weird i think but whatever i just hope they will pay without any trouble cuz i need this real bad i am very excited to be going i can't wait to see what life is like being free and sober

Detox gets you off the drugs safely, and a little of what rehab does. Rehab deals with learning about your addiction and how to live life without drugs. Once you are done with detox, they will help set you up on some continuing aftercare activities. Like an inpatient rehab, or outpatient rehab, a psychiatrist to follow your meds etc. that kind stuff.
