The sore, aching, and rigid muscles on the left seem to be a residual effect of the typically constant muscle spasms and stabbing nerve pain that have remained in the area since the original presentation of my severe chronic pain symptoms back in 2018. Bending too far forward still triggers sharp pain in the center of the lower spine. Throbbing, aching pain can still be felt radiating from the left hip down the left thigh and to the knee. Said knee is hyper-reflexive.

Today, on Friday, March 24th, 2023, the regular lower-left back muscle spasms have returned. I no longer feel spasms on the right side, though the sharp, aching pain from the left side radiates over the spine to the right side when the pain is severe.

m at just about 4 weeks pregnant, but I have been having menstrual like cramps (nothing severe) for several weeks (since most likely conception). Nothing severe, no spotting or back pain. Just don't know if I should be concerned since it has been going on for a while and so early.

I'm having severe lower abdominal cramping it feels like stabbing I went to the ER today they took a pregnancy test it came back negative and they also did a pap test to check for STD's the doc said it takes time for the test to come back he did say I didn't have Trichomoniasis which is GOOD!!!!he also stated that he will treat me just in case the tests are positive so he gave me 2 pills and a shot in my buttocks.They gave me nothing for pain I'm still in pain..

I am 24 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe lower back pain almost to the point of tears. I sometimes feel paralyzed from the pain. I also get bad cramps that feel like menstral cramps. Have you had a bowel movement lately? I have this problem all the time where I get severe cramps in my lower abdomen like menstrual cramps but its cuz I haven't been able to go for a few days. Try a warm bath and maybe track bm to make sure they r regular. I know it sounds goofy but I ended up in er a few years back cuz it was so bad. Drink lots of water but still go see dr. Cramping is normal during pregnancy tho. Most of it is your body just stretching out from a growing uterus.

First of all let me say I am deeply sorry for this and I am telling you how sorry I am because I know that people do not really understand what a person with severe menstrual cramps goes through. They see it as "oh...its just your period? well that's a normal part of life" and it is not very nice. I have the same issue as you are outlining and I have had it for years. I am no medical expert so I do not want put any fear in you because each person and their body is different.
