The facial products turned my face red and I began to get bad cystic acne on my face, right next to my nose and on the sides of my chin. A year or so later, I used accutane, but only for 3 months or so. The accutane reduced the cysts but made my skin very dry, particularly on my forehead and lips. I stopped using accutane due to the side effects and basically gave up on my skin.
I woke to these tiny blisters on my chin...they r getting bigger and some are getting puss like at tip of them. Not acne herpes, burns,but wtf is this an how did I get them..had them 5yrs ago when pregnant with daughter,not pregnant,I'm 37, I'm very self conscious, have been extremely stressed ou for few wks,not eating and can't sleep for days..
I'm an 18 year old female and about a month ago, these bumps which appeared like pimples appeared on my chin. I've suffered from acne in the past so I just assumed it was just that. However the bumps seemed to have multipled and now they're a cluster of dry spots and a larger one in the middle. They don't hurt or itch or anything however I am assuming the worse, they have not released any kind of fluids either.

It can be due to cystic acne. Cystic acne is the most severe form of acne. Cystic acne affects deeper skin tissue than the more superficial inflammation from common acne. Since they are severe, so systemic medications are usually required. The treatment consists of topical and oral antibiotics, tretinoin, oral contraceptives in females and Intralesional corticosteroid injections. Very severe cases may need excision and drainage.
I have severe bruising & bumping on my chin from hairs. They never come thru the skin & when they do they are very fine & basically invisible. They almost always cause my chin to be sore & bumpy. The bumps fill up with pus or whatever the stuff is. Whether I release the pus or it eventually dries up on its own, if the hair isn't released the bump is still sore. Sometimes I can't even see the hair but I just know it's in there because it hurts so bad.

I have a similar condition on my chin. Redness that would never completely go away and acne bumps that would get quite large and deep filled with puss. I did see a dermatologist and am currently taking Doxycycline which has helped. I was using a Rx cream, but it got too costly and wasn't that effective over time. Oddly enough, I found a home treatment that's helped. After I shower I apply some apple cider vinegar to my chin. Once it dries, I apply 100% aloe vera gel over it.

when this stuff showed up on my face i got swollen lymph nodes in my neck. it wont go away no matter what i put on it, and i have had reoccuring outbreaks for almost 4-6 months now. i take 3000 mg of lysine everyday along with zinc and a mutli. i eat healthy and shower.
i try putting h202 on it and lysine paste to no avail. but yesterday i made a mask of lysine past mixed with water and it seemd to make the redness go away.

I normally do have acne but it isn't severe, just a few pimples here and there. I went to the beach yesterday and I didn't feel anything until I really got out of the water. I go and rinse my face with regular water and I feel a bunch of bumps on my chin. I then get back to the hotel and my face is all red and bumpy. It's now the next day and all the bumps are basically all over my face. They are small red and have pus. What is the cause of this ?
Iwent to a doctor to treat a acne outbreak and they prescribed a wide spectrum antibiotic, azithromycin, a topical cream, clindamycin and a moisturizing cream contain allantoin and panthenol, I'm on my second weak of treatment and ive noticed red dry painful areas on chin and side chin what could be the cause of this
I break out after I eat anything spicy all over forehead, cheeks, all around the nose and hairline. I get the same result if I drink alcohol or am exposed to severe cold wind, temperatures, workouts. Do I have rosacea or is this some sort of dermatitis? I keep going to different dermatologists, but they prescribe me creams, pills and topical treatments. Although the condition gets somewhat better, the skin never completely clears. Please, HELP!!!
Need some advice... I'm 32 years old and I've been diagnosed with papulopustular Rosacea a year ago.. Nothing really helped (antibiotics, metro cream, noritate, elides..) until I tried soolantra cream which cleared my forehead, nose and cheeks and almost all of my chin.
I was taking orthotricyclen since 15 years and was told to switch to Diane 35 for better results because it seemed to be more of hormonal acne...

However one morning about 3 years ago I woke up and my entire face was beat red and the acne severe, It literally happened over night. I have used everyface wash imaginable from over the counter to infomercials and proactiv. I have been to 3 doctors and no one can tell me what it wrong with my face. I have had to help aside from a witch doctor trying to tell me I had a hex put on me but even her remedy didn't help (im desperate).
None of the counter treatments has helped lessen or improve the situation. the flights around my chin and t zone also leave scars. I also get a pimple or two on my cheeks every once in a while but not as bad, although one has left a dark spot. This is making me depressed and affecting my sense of security because my face looks terrible, especially after never facing such an issue. Can someone help me figure this out, please?
I did have mega acne on one of my cheeks, just under my face on the chin/neck line and on my chin. I Had to explain to several of my students what pimples are! My doctor suggested using a solicic (sp?) Acid face wash so I bought Aveeno and it has worked wonders! It dries out my face so I moisturize morning and night. Now just to hope I don't get any scars!
