Avatar f tn Hi all, just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced pain induced seizures resulting in a full grand mal seizure. I've done all the testing out there.... been told its in my head, and its anxiety.... my seizures started at 5 years old and continued throughout my life. (24years old at the moment) during my testing they have tried to trigger epileptic seizures with no luck but have narrowed it down by a cardiologist to be my heart.
Avatar f tn I know it's good to have a sense of humor ...but I'm honestly sick of the pregnancy jokes already! Maybe it's because I work around a lot of employees plus I work with the public so it's pretty much constant but I'm so annoyed already and I'm only 27 weeks !!

520191 tn?1355635402 t take much seriously. I can make jokes which i know are jokes and others know i am joking. People often laugh at me and when i ask why they are laughing they say that i am being funny but i wasn't trying to be funny. When i ask what is it about me that is funny they just say the way you act and just the way you are. I don't like it, it would be fine if i was trying to be funny but i am not. I don't think if myself as weird or different, so what could be so funny about me?

I've always had not the best memory, but now in the past 4-5 months its gotten to a point where its negatively impacting my life on a daily basis; I can't remember things I've done with my friends, inside jokes, people I've met, what a movie I watched a month ago was about. Avatar m tn I don't think people who have a seizure remember the seizure, but he definitely had something. Maybe it's a thyroid problem. He needs to be seen, but an ER is the slowest, most expensive and least efficient way to do it.
Avatar m tn It does still fit the description of a seizure. Not all seizures involve paddling, slobbering and loss of bladder control. Those are basically what are considered to be grand mal seizures. Petite mal seizures can be anything from a twitching of the head to a state of catatonia for a brief time, which sounds more or less like what your girl had. Please let us know what the vet says when you do get to take her in. Good luck to you!
