The third type, status epilepticus, has the same symptoms as the grand mal seizure, however the symptoms last a much longer time, well in excess of five minutes, and when the symptoms go on for this long a period of time, they do pose a threat to the life of the dog. My c-section is scheduled for 930, check in time at 730. I'm beyond thrilled that I get to meet my little girl tomorrow. So excited to see who she's gonna look like. This is normal behavior for children who are habitually unsupervised. It sounds like at this other girl's house they can count on privacy with no adult looking in occasionally. It's like Lord of the Flies. Kids left completely alone most of the time behave this way.

Yes I too need a new season and am letting go of the old. In reality, there is nothing good in the old to hang onto. It has brought me nothing but heartache and pain. Trying to anesthetize myself with drugs has gotten me no where. I do know who my true Source is, I just didn't turn to Him in my time of need; I turned to pills instead. I AM SICK OF LIVING THIS WAY! I am on a new path and new road, a new season. Oh God be my strength through it.

First I would like to start off by saying that it is possible carbamazepine was no longer effective because his body started to became to immune to it. I know you do not want to hear this but finding the correct type of seizure medication or even medication's that will control his seizures could be a long and frustrating process. I have been there.

I had no history of any such seizures in the past. I was under a lot of tension and stress at that time. The first 3 seizures were severe, and all happened during sleep. I didn't know what was happening, but it seems my whole body stiffened, and i was making a shrieking voice. The first 2 seizures took almost an hour to come out of it. I was completely unconscious, even while i was dragged to the hospital. I was put in Valprid CR- 400 mg, 200mg twice a day, and the seizures stopped.

Its finally happening!! I am currently in the hospital 5 cm dilated and just received my epidural. It was horrible horrible pain until then. I dont remember it being so bad with my first! But I took a longggggggggg walk lastnight. So I just want to encourage all you ladies out there that, like me, felt labor was never going to come! Hold on and stay strong because your body is Gunna surprise u soon and your little ones will be in your arms soon!

I often have big swings in mood, mostly towards the bottom of the barrel than the top. But sometimes I can be days at the top too, which is fine with me.... I would never dream of stopping anything cold turkey from choice, but sometimes things happen, and they won't re-fill until it's "time" and The meds are all wickedly expensive. Maybe I should get an anti-seizure med just in case, like just 2 or 3 of them. I certainly don't want to experience a seizure...

I have cried of joy and gratefulness bec I have him . Thanks the Lord I feel complete . I was at the hospital for four days , the stafff was beautiful but now we are finally home and having a nice time. Blessings to all. It doesn't mean I won't check on u guys .

If a person continues to have episodes, you can start to piece together similarities in some of the life circumstances surrounding the seizures. I hope everything goes well for your son.

But yes I am trying to be there for him and trust in The Lord that he will be the husband that I married again one day. I believe maybe this was an eye opener for his family. They realize now that he has a problem. Prayerfully I am believing that this will help us all to get him to straighten up. His mom showed him what seizures look like it brought tears to my husbands eyes. It also made him think. God us with us. I am going to continue to pray and believe in his plan and will in our lives.

I just want to thank the Lord for blessing me with a beautiful pregnancy. I am having a girl. And she is healthy and growing each day. I hope that God is blessing everyone else and may there lives be filled with joy.

It seems the longer she is on it the more aggressive she gets. She hits herself in the head and she is really slow on learning the basics. She had never done this before until she was put on Keppra. Is there a reason why she is doing this?

Praise the Lord that is my favorite bible verse, it is so comforting. You see, being saved means being saved from our own, dirty, sinful ways into a new and glorious life with our Lord, Jesus Christ. We are dead to our old ways and "born again"if you will, into a new life.

I am going nuts as I have never changed my hygiene or anything. I bath twice a day in the morning and in the evening. Please doctors help as I no longer go with my friends anywhere and my social life is getting worse each day. I have no past disease. Please please God help the people in this community to find a solution. Thank you.
