Hi, I am a 20 year old male, and back in November I was diagnosed with Seborrheic Dermatitis on the sides of my nose. My Dermatologist prescribed me two creams Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone. I have been using these creams since November; however, I have yet to see any significant improvement. Perioral dermatitis is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil(non perfumed) should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.
