I think it really depends on what diet is best for your dog. My dog LOVES Science Diet. It is the only one he really likes. It doesn't hurt his stomach like all the others, and it was highly recommended by my vet.

Actually I haven't feed my dog with that owfull food from OL Roy. It happens just once.My dog always ate Ceasar dry/wet but started to dislike once an a while.So I decided to buy just once something else.And this what happend.Looks like I will pay a big price for that choice because looks like my westie will be dead. My Westie is 10 years old and has never been sick once. Always very playfull energectic and very very sweet.

she was put on 1/4 of pepcid twice a day...worked okay for a few days, but back to morning throw up...I only let her eat her science diet, nothing else...oh and 1 probiotic called probiable dc since going on the science diet wd in Sept...I am trying to feed her later in the night, but maybe needs to be her largest meal...not sure what else to do...

I have a 2 year old white boxer, and I feed him Natures Choice (might be Natural Choice). My dog has bad allergies and since he's been on this all natural food he's been doing great. I have tried 3 or 4 other brands such as Science Diet and Purina but he was still the same.

The vet prescribed an antibiotic 500mg twice a day for 7 days, and a boiled rice and chicken diet for 3 days gradually adding his normal food, which we gave and he was fine by the 7th day, the rash had gone his anus and scrotum were back to the normal color and his stools were normal. After we stopped the antibiotics 4-5 days later, the rash started to show up and he started dragging his bottom again!

My doctor told me to go on the Miami Mediterranean Diet, to lower my levels. I bought the book, but too many of the recipes don't fit my taste or lifestyle. Exercise and weight loss can also help.

I have 2 4 yr old terriers, and they both are having anal sac issues....impaction (pasty crud on their rears). I've tried to express the sacs myself, but they are still having problems. I'm prepared to take them to the vet, but hate to put them through the trauma if there's something I can do myself to help them. weirdly enough so is her puppy who is similar to her. Though she is still over weight, no matter the diet food we get her she loves to eat D:. Well, Pedigree is not a very good food. You might try Pro Plan salmon food. Is he on thyroid meds? It might be a good idea to have a T-3, T-4 rerun. Bathing once a week seems like a lot. Bathing too often can actually strip the natural oils. Try a mild oatmeal shampoo. If this has been going on for a while, getting a skin scraping don may be a good idea.

I was just a little concerned as a new furry mum would be, especially since he is in the middle of teething. He eats puppy pedigree chum sachets and dry kibble out of a ceramic bowl which is cleaned daily...can anyone explain possible home solutions or causes I can help avoid?
