After a workout I was in a dry sauna laying on towels. Got up and the bottom of towel i was laying on had blood on it from bench. I don't think it got on me but not Certain. If it did go through or if I had a popped pimple on back or something could I be at risk or am I obsessing. Sauna temp is 180 f but not sure how long that was there.
