I have HCM and problems with dyostolic heart failure and afib. I also have a Medtronic ICD. I would like a recommendation of a doctor in Bogota that I could speak with before my trip. Just to introduce myself and tell him about my episodes, so that if I do get sick he could better treat me than just going to some ER down there.
I also want to make sure they have the hardware and technicians to read my device. Last I want to make sure they have Fleccainade there.

After having unprotected sex with one of the pros, from the next day onwards suffering for fever ranging 36.8C to 37.4C. This fever is in a constant basis for last 5 days.
This the first time for me to have unprotected sex. Also the place is Colombia, Bogota. Had a sex for at max 4-5 mins.
Could any doctor please suggest, if this fever could be a chance of infecting with the HIV or ARS.
I have no other symptoms which is associated with ARS or HIV.

I have been living in Latin America for the last year and along the way I have contracted some sort of intestinal issue. I contracted this in Bogota (Colombia). I probably contracted them around 4 months ago, but I didn't realise that it was a doctor worthy issue until in Rio, when I passed a bloody stool.
My question is will it harm me in any way for staying on it? I dont want to cause any more problems for myself by staying on it but evidently I lack serotonin and the paxil replaces it. Any info that you might give me would be greatly appreciated.

It shoul be fine but always take precaution because semen can cause contractions, happen to me. But you are still early in the game.
I would recommend you waiting till your in your second trimester to start exercising cause the baby's so small and fragile any wrong move could cause your body to try to expel the baby but it is safe as long as your body is excepting it & your comfortable don't push yourself to hard or lift to heavy I'm 25 weeks & still work out like a champ every other day
You can sleep on right side as well . You can try doing it now though to get used to it . Later on in pregnancy if you wake up on your back just roll over baby is ok . He or she will most likely make you uncomfortable before anything bad happens your body will signal a response to you most likely . I had thos worry and sometimes I still wake up on my back just get used it your side sleeping now while its still comfortable for you .
saying that I need to be careful because in can easily mis carry at this stage.what do they mean by be careful.like should I watch how I eat or exercise?
