I wanted to check in and give an update. It is very sad news. We lost our little Sarah. I noticed last week that the baby was not moving as much. I was busy getting ready for my son's visit so thought that I might just be too busy to notice. I was also sleeping better so did not wake till later. The baby was most active between 3 am and 5 am. On Thanksgiving my husband and I debated calling the hospital about it. I didn't do it.

MD Anderson at first said they thought it was due to my thymus, but my last round of testing 6 months later brought good news. There was no visible mass on the CT and my thymus actually shrank a bit. Over the summer I had fevers in the evenings (up to 102.8), itching, and extreme tiredness, chest pains and a red mylar rash on my face. At that point my blood work was a bit off but nothing telling of what exactly the reason could be.

So sorry to hear your sad news, they are a part of the family and only you know what's best. I suspect either way it'll be hugely upsetting.

Sad news. Had u/s this morning (I suspected something and have started having cramping). Baby only measures 6 weeks (with no heartbeat) when he should measure 9 1/2 weeks. I am expecting a natural miscarriage soon. I am sad, but know this is nature's way of giving me a healthy baby. I will try again straight away. I guess I can go join the 40+TTC group as well now. I lost my Gma when. I was 9wks and my mom just went threw a emergency quadruple bypass a month ago so stressful and scary! Sorry for ur loss and I know it's hard but time does heal and I'm sure ur mom taught u many things u can pass to ur little one! Now I'm almost 21 wks and I don't know how I've gotten threw all these weeks and only breaking down 2 times! I think I'm waiting till my baby girl is out of me to do so!
