risperdal m tab dosage

I have been prescribed Somac dosage of 40mg daily. I read that it is more efficacious to take 20mg twice a day. Anyone have an opinion on that? Also, is there any problem with splitting a 40mg tab in half and taking the half morning and night? Many thanks.

I was recently taking off Risperdal I tapered like every other day for 3 days,is this enough taper would i have withdrawal,i know in the past they have just stopped me off it,,is it a drug that needs taperred,,i was on 1/2 mg since sept 13 08

I use to take Levothyroxin 125MCG tab mylan One and One/Half Tablet six days per week and One/Half Tablet one day per week. This was bought at Walmart. I started to obtain my Medication from the "VA". They sent me Levothyroxine NA ( Synthroid) 0.025MG Tab. Take One/Half once Daily. What is the differance between 125MCG and 0.025MG ? Will the dosage be correct ?

I responded relatively well to Risperdal. It is rare although not unknown that it can cause any form of heart arrythmia (this can happen with all the atypicals) but if you mean lowering blood pressure that is different and that can happen with all antipsychotics and is generally of less concern. Orthostatic hypertension (having difficulty when suddenly standing) can happen with all antipsychotics for example.

My stomach hurts and I have to use the bathroom (diarrhea) a lot. I have pelvic pain and my ribs started hurting really bad this morning. Well i got unwell only by taking seroquel then i started to take risperdal. I scare with risperdal. Well i have past 1 year experience of risperadal. But doctor told you have to take this medicine for long time seroquel is not good.
