I would just focus on catching my breath and within about 10 minutes I would be fine. I went running the day after the initial inhalation and noticed that my airways were extremely restricted but not enough to stop me. After I was done my workout I was very hoarse and had more trouble than normal in regaining my breath.
So I rested for about 4 or 5 days and was breathing normally and fine. I decided to go running again last night (about a week after initial inhalation.
Did it really stop the fibreglass problem.
Probably, a viral infection has caused the same. I do not feel you need to do much except take some steam inhalation. The dizziness that you felt is likely due to the blockage of the tube that connects the oral cavity to the ear. I am sure steam inhalation will help you. If you also get fever, I’ll suggest to consult a physician and maybe you’ll need a course of antibiotics.

Yes, there are. Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) is one and Serevent® Inhalation Aerosol (salmeterol xinafoate) another. Each is a bronchodilator and capable of giving good relief of shortness of breath.
This was shown in a retrospective analysis of a large, randomized, placebo-controlled trial in which patients who achieved RVR had an SVR rate of approximately 90% regardless of whether they received peginterferon alfa and ribavirin, standard interferon and ribavirin, or peginterferon alfa monotherapy. In addition, the likelihood of SVR patients with genotype 1 infection who achieve an RVR does not appear to be affected by shortening the duration or reducing the dose of ribavirin.
Try steam inhalation, saline nasal drops, breathing exercises, and oral antihistamine medications and see if they help.

This would include a long-acting bronchodilator, such as Serevent® Inhalation Aerosol (salmeterol xinafoate), Foradil® Aerolizer™ (formoterol fumarate inhalation powder) or Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) along with an inhaled steroid. Another potentially helpful, oral medicine is called theophylline. Your doctor may also want to prescribe this.
You should have your blood oxygen level checked, in case it is low and you would need supplemental oxygen.
How long that ribavirin stay's in my system after doctor tells me my bloodwork came out good and i can get of that medizin.

However, if the polyps are large and causing significant obstruction to nasal airflow, that would prevent contact of the steroid with the surface of the polyps, inhalation therapy alone may not suffice. You are correct in wanting to wait until you have achieved optimum benefit from the Advair® HFA (fluticasone propionate and salmeterol) Inhalation Aerosol, before any consideration of oxygen use. The Advair® HFA (fluticasone propionate and salmeterol) Inhalation Aerosol may raise your saturation, to a degree that will make oxygen use unnecessary.

The face muscles should not be contracted during inhalation. Abdominal muscles should be well controlled. Inhale smoothly and uniformly.

t get in to see a pulmonologist until may 29 and now I am getting discomfort upon inhalation. I used to smoke for 22 years and just quit 8 months ago. Should I be concerned? The only images they have of my lungs are the lower lungs due to an abdominal ct. There are no images of my thoracic region. Any help would be great.
