I have been on the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo for over a year with no side effects.

I started taking PEP on august 4th. I take truvada norvir and reyataz. I went to get a rapid antibody hiv test today and was negative. Should I still be worried and stressed? I haven't slept much since this happened.

I recently started the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo. This is my first time taking "the meds" after being hiv + for 20 years. I have been on them for only 11 days. I have weird side effects: headaches, queasy stomach, and fatigue/weakness. I told my doctor, and he said, to "tough it out for another week, and he'll see if he needs to change the combination, or switch meds.

I was diagnosed with HIV in 2006, I was 26 years......I was at 129CD4 count.......When I started feeling sick I started treatment. I got all the way up to almost 500CD4 count....I was undetectable for 5 years until now docs were like wow! I went into the hospital back in Feb of this year for some kidney infection that the doctors was confounded about how I got and my CD4 was 2something and viral load 500+ AFTER 5 YEARS UNDETECTABLE!. Kidneys got clear & I left....

been positive since 1988, maybe even earlier, didnt start on meds till 2007. Norvir, truvada and reyataz are my friends. My cd4 is 700 and viral load is undetectable. very fortunate to have meds at my disposal. I would advise folks who are positice,please take your meds.

4 I have a compromised immune system and am on truvada, norvir, and reyataz. I have been walking and watching my intakes... I do have a sweet tooth sometimes but otherwise I eat pretty healthy. any ideas?

Some of the extended release capsules do not contain neither Gluten nor Lactose. It will help me very much, if I know the dosage form and strength. I was taking truvada norvir and reyataz. Where are you getting your info from? Like I said a few hiv counselers also told me that this is a myth. Pep hotline said its a myth too.

I really have to push myself to lift any weights (much lighter than before) or do any fast runs. My strengths keep deteriorating and it appears that my muscles just turn into fat and don't develop or at least stay the way how they were before. Has anyone else experience this? Hi, as I had posted previously, I went thru PT for 4 months from Sept-Dec. And started PT again in April and added on OT in May. For my last PT appt another therapist was working with me because mine was out. My therapist is also the manager there. She said she wanted her to do my evaluation again to see if I've reached my goals. At the start, my upper extremities strengths were about 3/5 and lower extremities range from 2/5-3/5. My upper extremity strengths are now 3+/5.

Even after 4 months of physical therapy, my upper extremities strengths are around 3/5 and my lower extremity strengths are split between 2/5-3/5. And my bilateral hand grip strengths are 19 when they should be 70. I just had a barium video swallow test again. I had it 2 yrs ago which showed dysphagia (swallowing dysfunction) for SOLID foods. This time I have dysphagia for ALL - thin liquids, thick liquids, & solids.
