I have been on the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo for over a year with no side effects.

I started taking PEP on august 4th. I take truvada norvir and reyataz. I went to get a rapid antibody hiv test today and was negative. Should I still be worried and stressed? I haven't slept much since this happened.

I recently started the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo. This is my first time taking "the meds" after being hiv + for 20 years. I have been on them for only 11 days. I have weird side effects: headaches, queasy stomach, and fatigue/weakness. I told my doctor, and he said, to "tough it out for another week, and he'll see if he needs to change the combination, or switch meds.

I was diagnosed with HIV in 2006, I was 26 years......I was at 129CD4 count.......When I started feeling sick I started treatment. I got all the way up to almost 500CD4 count....I was undetectable for 5 years until now docs were like wow! I went into the hospital back in Feb of this year for some kidney infection that the doctors was confounded about how I got and my CD4 was 2something and viral load 500+ AFTER 5 YEARS UNDETECTABLE!. Kidneys got clear & I left....

been positive since 1988, maybe even earlier, didnt start on meds till 2007. Norvir, truvada and reyataz are my friends. My cd4 is 700 and viral load is undetectable. very fortunate to have meds at my disposal. I would advise folks who are positice,please take your meds.

4 I have a compromised immune system and am on truvada, norvir, and reyataz. I have been walking and watching my intakes... I do have a sweet tooth sometimes but otherwise I eat pretty healthy. any ideas?

Now I will finish out the 12 weeks - they will do the viral load test again at that time and then 12 weeks post treatment test again to declare me officially SVR!!! Hi welcome to the Hepatitis C community Olysio per the prescribing information sheet is intended to be used with interferon and Ribavirin. The same applies to Sovaldi. Per prescription they are not used together. However there have been clinical trials using them together "off label" and they have been shown to be highly effective when used together. I was taking truvada norvir and reyataz. Where are you getting your info from? Like I said a few hiv counselers also told me that this is a myth. Pep hotline said its a myth too.

Its scary im worried sick & cant concentrate on work or my studies. My muscles are twitching. I just hope these pills work (Truvada 200g & Reyataz 150g are the pills im taking once a day). Its a vicious world out there & people should really be careful. I have learnt my lesson. But i hope its not too late. One last question --- Do you know anyone or persons who actually slept with someone positive & took the nPEP? and remained negative?? Thanks again.

My guess is that they are having label issues. They might get an approval with a limited label, followed by a label modification in the near future. Just a guess though.

I mean, like years ago, I thought I was Bipolar, or schizo, or compulsive, or bisexual, or any of these tasty sounding words, but I just dont believe in labels anymore. After reviewing the medications I was already taking (to avoid any conflicts) she recommended Lamotrigine for my intense anxiety. I am VERY familiar with off-label drug uses, but I can find no information re: the use of this drug for my situation. It is a drug used for bi-polar disorder and seizures. I thought that Atavan would be the drug of choice, and after reading more about Lamotrigine, I have become actually quite shocked about this recommendation.

Has anyone been approved for Olysio and Sovaldi off label and on Medicare? I failed traditional interferon/ribavirin, have fibrosis stage 2, and waiting for approval.
