I have been on the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo for over a year with no side effects.

I started taking PEP on august 4th. I take truvada norvir and reyataz. I went to get a rapid antibody hiv test today and was negative. Should I still be worried and stressed? I haven't slept much since this happened.

I recently started the Norvir, Reyataz, Truvada combo. This is my first time taking "the meds" after being hiv + for 20 years. I have been on them for only 11 days. I have weird side effects: headaches, queasy stomach, and fatigue/weakness. I told my doctor, and he said, to "tough it out for another week, and he'll see if he needs to change the combination, or switch meds.

I was diagnosed with HIV in 2006, I was 26 years......I was at 129CD4 count.......When I started feeling sick I started treatment. I got all the way up to almost 500CD4 count....I was undetectable for 5 years until now docs were like wow! I went into the hospital back in Feb of this year for some kidney infection that the doctors was confounded about how I got and my CD4 was 2something and viral load 500+ AFTER 5 YEARS UNDETECTABLE!. Kidneys got clear & I left....

been positive since 1988, maybe even earlier, didnt start on meds till 2007. Norvir, truvada and reyataz are my friends. My cd4 is 700 and viral load is undetectable. very fortunate to have meds at my disposal. I would advise folks who are positice,please take your meds.

I was taking truvada norvir and reyataz. Where are you getting your info from? Like I said a few hiv counselers also told me that this is a myth. Pep hotline said its a myth too.

Its scary im worried sick & cant concentrate on work or my studies. My muscles are twitching. I just hope these pills work (Truvada 200g & Reyataz 150g are the pills im taking once a day). Its a vicious world out there & people should really be careful. I have learnt my lesson. But i hope its not too late. Tenofovir 300mg and Emtricitabine 200MG after 5hr from inccident early morning i meet another doctor he prescribe me TAB. Atazanavir 300mg and Ritonavir 100mg i get it after 24hr. After that i traked sex worker for blood sample after 30hr from inccident and tested for STD after a day i get her result that having HIV 1/2&P24 COMBO TEST INDEX VALUE 0.07, HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS 1+2IgM SERUM 1.36, HERPES SIMPLEX 1+2 IgG SERUM 29.30,CHLAMYDIA TRACHMATIS POSITIVE, CHLAMYDIA PNEUMONAE POSITIVE.

Also let me add that I doubt that I built a resistance to any meds because before taking Biktarvy I was on Truvada, Norvir and Reyataz. My new doctor put me on Biktarvy this year in March (my viral load was 140 at the time) and within a month's time it became undetectable.

If you could point me to any information that you think might be helpful I would forever appreciate it. I am female and Asian and suspecting infection from birth, so I feel like I may need to be aggressive in healing my self. I heard Asian's are at more risk for further complications.
