Oh how I wish my heart was misfiring
in the
RV outflow tract, which is far more common and a much easier place to work
in. Through some internet sleuthing, I have discovered what is called the "Gentle Touch" ablation approach, which moves the smaller, more flexible catheters by magnets rather than my hand. It supposed it much more accurate and easier on the patient, and is also better for working in more difficult places in the heart.
