Avatar f tn heya, my boyfriend has athlete's foot and i accidently washed his socks with the bed linen now on the bed. I just wondered if i'd catch anythin from doin this as the heat setting was only a 40 degree cycle.
Avatar f tn I'm ebarrassed to say this, but I'm 13 and I have wrinkles on the head of my penis. I believe that this is from me using toilet paper to thrust into, not knowing that it would scan up and leave wrinkles. I think that's the way it just healed. I have never had any type of sex and I need someone to please help me. Is there a way of getting the wrinkles away without talking to my parents about it? Would stopping masturbation help?
Avatar m tn I recently contracted crabs and went through treatment and worked a treat but now they have returned. Anyway my question is this and may show how paranoid I am. I'm going to go through the same treatment and I'm still sleeping on infected linen. Does any other clothing that come into contact with my bed linen (sheets, blanket) become infected with crabs? Or is it only if the clothing is being worn that it gets infected?
Avatar f tn im 33+3 and I've just started to wash my little girls clothes. I'm wondering when you started washing yours and if there's a best time ? Did you also wash the Moses basket linen if it's bran new I can't decide ?
Avatar n tn Use one swab for each eye. Wash hands well after each eye wash. Wash your clothes, bed linen daily separately from others. Other than this, it can even be glaucoma. Needless to say, consult an eye specialist immediately. Take care!
Avatar f tn So, once you are treated you will have to ask the doctor how to properly clean the linen, and anything else in the area, your clothes. The eggs get everywhere and are very very easily transmitted. I don't think the medicine has had time to get rid of the infection yet either.
Avatar n tn Wash hands well after each eye wash. Wash your clothes, bed linen daily separately from others. For yourself you can buy OTC antibiotic eye drops but it would be best to consult an eye doctor and get this examined first. Take care!
Avatar m tn Use one swab for each eye. Wash hands well after each eye wash. Wash your clothes, bed linen, towel etc daily separately from others. You will need to put anti bacterial and anti-allergic eye drops. Also cold compress helps relieve inflammation to some extent. Take care!
Avatar f tn I took two pair of his clothes out and they where really wrinkled I really don't want his clothes wrinkled when I put them on him at the hospital I'm not due tiLL December 15 idk what to do for them to stop getting wrinkled.
Avatar n tn I agree. Regardless of where I buy my clothes, I wash them before I wear them for the first time. It doesn't matter if they come from a thrift store or if they are brand new clothes. I have to wash mine, then run them through the rinse cycle a second time to be sure that I get out all the skin irritants. A lot of people do better with natural fibers, except for wool. Cotton is usually recommended for people with sensitive skin.
Avatar m tn I did kiss her but not on mouth, breasts, vagina or rectum. She had linings, wrinkles on her tummy which I am now worried may be HIV lesions. While I did not have vaginal, anal or oral sex with her I am worried that my hands contact with her body & possible HIV lesions may have led to exposure to me. Specially becuase she is in the hisk risk group. I do not have any visible cuts on my hands or body. Is there a risk of exposure to me?
Avatar f tn Why not have the last hoorah for him/her?. It will be a Linen Party hosted by the other linen reps I work with so should be a lot of fun. I unpacked the baby box from the shed yesterday and discovered that I pretty much don't need anything except bed/nursery linens and a new car seat. Definately don't need any clothes or wraps!! Have fun at your baby showers!! Let me know how they go!!!

Avatar n tn You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene . Wear lose comfortable clothes. Wash all your linen and towels etc with a disinfectant solution. Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin. Wear lose comfortable clothes, apply vaseline lotion. Let us know if you need any further information.

Avatar n tn I have developed wrinkles on my finger knuckles over the last eight months(both the hands). The skin on the knuckles and the finger joints has been turning dark since then. I have visited a dermatologist and he said that it's not a symptom of any disease and hasn't prescribed any medication. I started using the L'oreal creams and all but nothing changed. The dark skin and the wrinkles look distinctly visible. I am loosing sleep over this because I don't know what to do.
Avatar f tn m 18 weeks and we picked up our pram today, furniture is on lay by, got car seat, heaps of clothes, nappies, heaps of linen... Can't help myself! Hahaha plus it's not cheap so best to start early if money is an issue, I earn good money but that will stop once bub is here so I buy things now with the idea that might as well buy it while we have the extra income!
Avatar f tn How soon did you have the crib ready...such as linen, bumpers, mattress cover and bed skirt? Just wondering... I'm now 32 weeks!

Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin. For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone or desonide), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide).

7018919 tn?1389918419 I'm 34 weeks and just have the diaper bag packed. This is my third kid. I haven't gotten my bag packed yet. Don't have enough clothes to pack it ahead of time. Will start at end of month. Never had a baby early so I'm not worried. Might buy a night gown for the hospital.
Avatar f tn Try and do without fabric conditioner, its not generally needed if you use a dryer to dry your bed linen and also avoid tumble dryer sheets. Your linen will be crisper which I think is nicer on a bed. But just a thought...remove the rubber cover, many people have allergies to rubber without really knowing. A 15 minute washing up session may not be enough exposure but 6-8 hours in a bed containing the stuff might be.
