dr., i am going in for an ex-ray on Tuesday,my question is, can a wisdom tooth that is under the gum be able to stay there ,as long as it doesn't cause any pain, without being removed for a lifetime? also, instead of pulling it out,can they just cut away the gum and allow it to come out?
I have had 4 visits to get the bite right and it feels unfinished and rough. after 3 months I went back in for a new xray and Voila! I have an abscess on my root. So the bacteria from the removed filling was not done properly or the cerec leaked to cause bacteria. There was a small crack but not down to the root area. I did the cerec because I was told it would strengthen my tooth as opposed to a regular tooth color filling. I didn't want the tooth to crack so I did cerec.

Dogs are notoriously stoic. A flaming abscess might stop them munching, but a chronic sore gums situation they could get used to, and eat anyway. It sounds like she's holding her own, keeping going in her own way, and not doing so bad. It's great that she's got to 16 1/2 years and still not doing so bad in life. But I can't really suggest anything helpful. A tooth cleaning would be the answer probably -but I totally understand she might not be up to it.
One user reported his success with this method to his ENT, who informed him that he has been using this method for 35 years. I went outside to try this method (you can do it inside, on towels) I sat down on the ground, legs bent, knees up. I bent my head back, poured saline into my nostrils, pinched them, and did a reverse sit-up until my back was flat on the ground, and tilted my head back a little further.
She uses it for everything, open wounds, internal wounds, teeth/gum problems, bone problems... She gave me a bottle to put on my residing gums (caused by chemo). I rub it on my lung and liver area (have minute nods there). They have not changed in size or numbers but this could be due to chemo but after 12 continuous cycles think they are not cancerous. Had PET and CT scan done last month and new ONC told me to stop chemo cause saw no signs of cancer.

Ok, so I've been putting up with on again, off again itching for months on my labia, near my vaginal opening. Never "diagnosed" with HPV but I did get rid of a suspected wart this past year. Can you have a bacterial infection without discharge? It drives me CRAZY sometimes, the only thing that calms it is gold bond ointment, which is minty and refreshing but I'd like no itch. No "rash" that I can see, unless I give in and scratch.
Holysmoke - You once said that you were diagnosed with GERD. The people I found on the MSN board said that the coughing and sneezing started for them AFTER they treated their H. Pylori. I just read that treating H. Pylori makes GERD worse because there is more HCL being produced coming into the esphogus. I notice that I burp A LOT. I wonder if we are producing gasses in our stomach that we cannot hold in.
