I upgraded to a Medtronic Paradigm and have the following Medtronic 508/507 supplies I'd like to give away if anyone has little or no insurance:

1 Blue, 2 Charcoal belt clip
Leather and Neoprene cases
Boxes of Reservoirs (MM-103)(they have reached their expiration date - they are unopened and in box)
10 loose Silhouette Infusion Sets in packaging, but not box, expiration of Dec 2007

Bring them copies of the Americans with Disabilities Act, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
Then I'd file for a 504 plan, which is authorized by the section 504 law I mentioned above. Here's some info on 504s:

I was at this party, and this one girl that I met right before the party pinched me with her finger nails(it broke my skin). if she had blood in her finger nails,and assuming she had hiv. could she have passed the virus to me?
I have just changed from the minmed 508 pump to the minmed paradigm (512)and have supplies remaining for the 508 pump. These are factory sealed, unused but not compatible with the new pump. If anyone has a need for these supplies please respond.

Would he have learned anything in prison, something like rehabilitation? Probably not, but at least he would have been incarcerated and not able to be involved with this.
Where do situations like this leave us? This kid didn't learn anything from his first scrape with the law. Chances are, this won't be his last either. He'll do some time for this, but when he gets out his gang will give him "props" and he will have garnered more respect from his fellow gang members.
I just tried out this site and see that you need a Minimed 508. I happen to have one on hand! I have been looking for someone to give it to! If I upgrade, which is why I am on this site (I need answers and comments) I may have a Minimed Paradigm 512 available soon. So, how do I get this 508 to you? Let me know!
we have use the remote for the 508 when our daughter was on it. the only place to get the remote that works with the pumps is thru minimed. they are defenitly worth the investment.

His friend came to us telling that he needs help asap. We sent him to the residential rehabilitation center next day. He tells me that he is happy to be there, he wants his life back. He is been in rehab for 5 days. Please someone explain to me, is that what he really think? How long should take rehabilitation process for the best result? How often people go back on pills? All our family ready to be there for him each and every minutes.
So there is a car i got and had to sell back, Peugeot 508, due to high frequency/pitch noise the electronics made.
Since its not possible to replace any electrical components with ease, i wondered if it would be somehow possible to get a high frequency noise jammer, like radio signals are jammed. That'd be quite hard i suppose so i though maybe high frequency sound blocking cover? Unfortunately not, since the sound comes from behind displays and i cant block them.
He now has scoliosis because of poor posture, massive headaches and ear aches, hallucinations, and other problems due to being depressed and given up. We really want to find a home where he can be among people with the same rehabilitation challenges. It would be ideal if the home offered psychologist and a physical therapist; however, even if the home had one or the other it would be better than his situation right now. He just sits at home doing nothing.
All of these are issues but not sure what are the biggest concerns when it comes to getting the additional days in rehabilitation approved.
Hi, i got 508 pump donated to me . I only need the infusion sets, i have the rest.Can anyone help me get some infusion sets. I am a student in college and i don't have insurance, i am not able to afford to pay for stuff out of pocket. I am not able to pay a lot for the supplies, but i can pay some.
Hi, I can understand your worrying concerns about recovery. Unfortunately, rehabilitation is the only effective way to help the patient regain function to the possible extent and prevent from permanent losses. If rehabilitation program is appropriately instituted, most of the patients can regain maximum functions with appropriate therapy, training and support services.
