well first of all, good for you to go to treatment! Second of all, when I had to "confess" it turned out that the ones I feared telling the most were the ones that were the most understanding. I am sure your dad loves you and will understand, addiction is a horrible beast and it hopefully the 3rd time for you will do it. Good luck and hang in there!

well i found a rehab to go to I'm going on aug 25th but the weird thing is she said its tricky with insurances and detox and mine might not pay and she can't see if they will until I'm there and if they dont cover it it cost 9000$ so i will have to leave weird i think but whatever i just hope they will pay without any trouble cuz i need this real bad i am very excited to be going i can't wait to see what life is like being free and sober

this season is much better. They are showing much more of the reality of withdrawal. Last season....they really didn't show the ugly side. They made it look so easy. I wasn't happy with that. Much better this time. I love the show. Nauty.........

Has anyone on here been to or known anyone that has been to Haven House Rehab Center in Oxford, MS??? I will be going in a couple of days and just curious if anyone has an opinion on it. Also, to all the women.... I haven't had a period since jan 19. The only other times I have skipped, I was pregnant but I have taken 2 tests and they were both negative. Can withdrawals from lortab cause you to miss a cycle for 2 months? Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect of detox and relapse?

Long story short, I slipped in the shower and had to go to the hospital on my 14th day of treatment. I was bleeding and cramping and the hospital believed I could be miscarrying. They suggested bedrest for a week. The rehab medically discharged me at that point. I was in no way ready to leave. I needed to be there and needed the help, badly. I had lost almost everything when I entered that rehab and to leave early was the wrong choice. I eventually relapsed again about a month ago.

Hey y'all, I am actually on the plane now off to rehab!!!! I am so scared of detox and leaving my family, but i know deep down inside, this is the right thing to do. I can only pray that i will get through this and come out stronger than ever and continue to seek therapy. This really has been a long dark road for me and i am ready to take charge of my life, i am going into rehab with an open mind and i am going to fight this demon with everything i got in me, and i will WIN!!!!

You will need more than 3 days in a rehab center. I was there for 3 weeks my first time. In rehab you dont just detox, you also have phsych sessions. They dont want to release you until you deal with what causes your addiction. 3 days isnt long enough to detox and difinately not long enough for rehab. If you do decide to wd at home than you have got to have some aftercare and you will need to stay away from the drug addict friends.

The best thing for you to do is look up REHAB centers in your area or as much of an area that you can afford to drive. It's imperative that you visit more than one. Use all your resources...internet, friends, references, staff and other informative resources that can help you decide. Nursing homes really just take care of the patient with little or no rehab. Do you have a HealthSouth in your area? In bigger cities HealthSouth has a good name.

I love Oregon, favorite time share vacation for entire family, we stay in the Welches area, ski Mt Hood, take the kids to the Enchanted Forest, I like the Candy Factory, the drive to see all the falls is beautiful. The Salmon river is fantastic place to picnic and hike. Last time we were there we drove into Portland to the zoo, and caught a hugh festival going on and of course the winerys, Never a dull moment in Oregon .

My right palm is much better, only having a small area in the center of the palm (where the left one started) that will occasionally get thick and yellow and start peeling.

Hi, I’ve had a freckle on the palm of my hand for as long as I can remember. About 5 months ago the center of it turned into an open sore and did not heal for about a month. Since it has healed, a darker brown spot is left in the middle. The edges of it are blurred.
