There are some hereditary conditions in which males have elevated estradiol levels. Also some endocrine syndromes. MOST of the time, the excess estrogen is produced in excess adipose tissue. Usually estrogen is converted into testosterone, but in some cases, this fails to happen. This is the type of case in which something like Aromasin might help.
Can you check these levels yourself or is this something you have to go in and have a doctor do? Only curious because I've been considering going in to seek professional advice too.

I switched doctors. All I use now are estradiol (in a patch form) and a small amount of testosterone. I used to be the first to say we all need progesterone, but there is newer research on this, and again, the website I mentioned goes into a nice explanation.

Testosterone (T) replacement may not help in high estrogen cases, what may be required in such cases is aromatise inhibitor which blocks conversion of T to estrogen. Your test results does not show LH , SHBG and total T values. High SHBG values can reduce free T levels while not reducing estrogen levels, thus upsetting their balance. SHBG values increases quadruply with obesity in combination with prediabetic conditions.
