Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines. not very obvious no one can see it only from up close. Is it normal to see such lines? or I am examing my skin too closely.

I also have similar features as my mother, and she has very few wrinkles, but prominent wrinkles between her eyebrows. I try to wear sunglasses and not squint, but is there any specific product I could apply to help prevent wrinkles developing there? Thank you!

The first summer began with deep scabs and ended with a scar that looked like a mustache and wrinkles around my mouth with some pitting. I must say that you have all shown me new wrinkles on wrinkles. Now when you say wrinkles are you talking about the type of wrinkle that a coach might put into a football game, or a baseball game etc. I wrinkled up my brow trying to find what wrinkles you are talking about. Hey, so I've been struggling with this itchy dry skin patch around my lips for almost 2 years now and I still don't know exactly what it is. I can't really remember how it started but I didn't think much of it before. What I do know is that it has been very slowly getting better but it's still existent.

After trying the hydrocortisone cream it worked temporarily but afterwards my lips would get wrinkles or extremely tight. Right now they are peeling nonstop and extremely dry and painful and i have nothung else to turn to. If i could find something to get rid of all of this it would be amazing.

2) The Restyline filler injections would be around my lips for the wrinkles. Can they accidently inject into the vessel in that region where there would be a risk of it travelling to the retina? How would I know what to watch for when they inject so that I know if they are risking hitting a vessel? Thank you in advance, I think these answers will help others on this forum too.

I have stopped this habit about two months ago. It has improved but the mark is still there and causes wrinkles in the middle. Also the new skin seems to be growing quite fast but when it does it starts to peel and falls off, continuing in a cycle of peeling, growing back around the bite mark, then peeling again. I don't try to pick at it but it gets very sensitive.

Then here is the worst part, around my mouth/lip area it is very pale! Now is this from past sun damage? All the discolorations? My nose is usually always red at the top too. I've never had this problem before I started to sun bed tan. I use a safe oil free spf 15 foundation ( I already checked the product of the ingredients...they are safe) I just started using dove sentive skin hypoallgentic no fragrance soap bar a week ago to clean my face.

Is the sun and tanning bed also causing the wrinkles on my face between my eyebrows and from the bottm of my nose to my curve of my lips, I think that is called the smile lines. Although this maybe due to age also since I am 49. Is there also something for this over the counter?

My lips themselves can be quite dry at times and have a large number (sheets) of fordyce looking spots on both lips. The red area of skin just around my lips is also an area where my pores get really clogged and look like small white hairs about every other day, I usually just shave over them every other day to get rid of them. When I woke up, I had these incredibly deep under-eye wrinkles that just sprung up out of nowhere, wrinkles on my eyelids, they were very painful and even more dry than the day before. I put some vaseline on them to help moisturize them but it's only gotten worse. One eye is fine but still a bit sensitive, but the other eye is getting worse.
