Anxiety has been just as life altering in my life as physical problems can be....but I've alwyays been judged. Everything from being lazy to being weird. I've been judged with it all.
Avatar n tn It could only be adrenaline from the stress or it could be something else like blocked arteries. Hopefully, it is the stress and you can reduce that. You are taking some good vitamins for stress currently, so that is good to see. I would imagine that you are pretty strict with your diet also, if you are taking all these supplements for health. You may want to keep a log of what you are eating. Because the symptoms are after you eat, I am wondering if the food is the problem.

I shared recently about putting the jelly in the microwave and blaming my partner. I also went into the fridge to get some juice and found my bag of chips in there. I had just had them and did not remember putting them there. My memory as of late has been getting a bit worse as well. I know how unsettling it can be to have a sharp memory and have it start to decline.
Avatar f tn I am trying to increase to a healthier weight, and my digestive symptoms have recently become much improved since I have increased my intake of food, and am doing more to reduce stress in my life. Also in the last year, I have quit smoking cigarettes and do not consume alcoholic beverages on a regular basis, as well as improving my diet to include much more natural foods, and drinking water almost exclusively.

Your best bet is to watch your diet, exercise and find ways to reduce stress. And hang out here and talk to people so you can see you are not alone. Many people have them. Take care.

My stress at work has definately picked up again as the company I work for is being sold and there are a lot of unknown questions. Regardless, I have noticed the frequeny increased when I mow the yard, while golfing, or jogging. Most of the time these occur as the heart rate decreases. I live in FL and in all of these instances, it is typically hot out when I experience them.

Fresh fruits and vegetables can help fill you up without packing on the pounds. You don't need to easy double portions just because you're pregnant!

It may simply be related to some increased count uptake in the LV, which may be correlated with LVH which is associated with diastolic dysfunction. I don't think thalium can directly evaluate diastolic function of the LV.
