2206935 tn?1373638605 Some of us think its due to one's immune system, but you won't see a doctor agree with us. Reduce your stress, get more rest, take multi-vitamins and supplements, exercise often, quit smoking cigs if you smoke, stop drinking alcohol or reduce it a lot and eat healthy. There have been some links to caffinated coffee and red meat. And obviously, avoid sex or wear condoms. The act of sex itself lowers your immune system and so avoiding it best else reduce the frequency.

He was not happy about that and advised me to take it on a reg basis along with my other meds.
