Hello all. I have developed red skin blotches about 5mm to 7mm in diameter on my body. Total time is one month since I first noticed them. They first appeared on my chest, then spread to my stomach, back and finally to the insides of my arms and legs. They seem to be under the skin, not on top. They are not raised like bumps and they do NOT itch at all. When slight pressure is applied to the skin area, they disappear, then reappear right after.
Hi I have red blotches almost like bites come up randomly allover my body manily my abdomen and chest but a few on my back, neck, groin arms and legs. they are red patches that don't really itch. A few of them have broken skin alomost like a popped blister although they never had the blister head, The skin underneath is scaly and a little cracked looking. I also have areas of extremely dry skin where it is flakey.
In the last few days, I have noticed some red blotches on my trunk. They start at the midway part of the chest, cluster around the left nipple, continue a bit under the left underarm, are very prominent on the upper left side of the back, and then tail off before the spine. They are not very painful to the touch, but they are causing discomfort, in that the affected area feels like it is radiating a bit of heat. Thefore, it is uncomfortable lying in bed, thus making sleep difficult.
I have red blotches on my arm which appeared on my arm several months ago. It causes no pain. When I massage my arm the blotches disappear for a couple of minutes. Also sometimes the blotches are gone(like after I take a shower) but mostly daily it is there. I am thinking that it might have to do something with blood circlution. Does anybody know what this is?
Hi. Yes. Sexual activity involves heightened neural activity. That is, the heart pumps faster, the breathing heightens, faces flush as blood vessels dilate. As mentioned above, the parasympathetic system works extra during the sex act. This is necessary as sexual response lies in many ways on the interplay between external factors which initiates arousal to ejaculation which culminates sexual activity.
I must have picked up a fungal infection and it has circulated through my body breaking out in red spots and blotches on palms, wrists, underarms, inner thighs, under buttocks, inside ankles and most importantly, between the same two toes on each foot. The spots on my palms, inner thighs, and in the fold under the buttocks morphed into big crusty spots that eventually peeled.
For the past year I have been getting red patches on my neck, around my collarbone, and on my abdomen. You can see my other post for my other symptoms, but I was wondering if this could be related to my symptoms of enlarged lymph nodes and splenomegaly. The blotches themselves just appear randomly, and then go away to only come back again. I also have a really itchy scalp and my back itches like crazy everyday without fail. Any response to this would be helpful.
Blisters form more easily on moist skin than on dry or soaked skin, and are more common in warm conditions. Sometimes, the skin can blister when it comes into contact with a cosmetic, detergent, solvent or other chemical; this is known as contact dermatitis. Blisters can also develop as a result of an allergic reaction to an insect bite or sting. There are also a number of medical conditions that cause blisters.

I live in the tropics, during humid months I breakout in seriously itchy red blotches, can occur almost everywhere, although more often than not, crutch, thighs, arms & torso. I can temporaryily kill it with 'dharni lotion', an alcohol based blotch cure, but it will pop up again, in a different place next time. Then again in the same place after a period of time.

These lesions are flat, tan, brown, or dark brown spots on sun-exposed skin. They occur most often on the backs of the hands, on the forearms, shoulder, face, and forehead, areas of highest sun exposure. You can apply alpha hydroxyl acid creams or Retin-a creams on the spots and also apply sun screen half an hour before going out in the sun. Also try keeping the sun exposed areas covered with clothes.
It had faded to a brownish red and new blotches pop up around the old blotches. It does not hurt of itch. My skin is starting to look leathery where it is going brown instead of red. I have used diaper cream, benedryl, and neosporin nothing works to stop it. I am a 59 year old women in good health. It seems to travel up my nerve centers or pulse points.
I get these red spots, and big patches on my abdominal area. Someone please help! Any ideas what it might be? They vary from nearly invisible, to pink, to bright pink, to red, and even sometimes with a little tint of brown to them. They seem to come and go. They are BARELY raised from the skin. I've noticed that when I do physical activity and my body starts heating up is when they start to become more visible. They do not itch, burn, tingle, or nothing.

he doesn't do that job anymore but ever since then he started getting red blotches on his skin on his back. He went to a doctor and he was told it was probably a fungus causing it and to shower with Head and Shoulders shampoo. That does help the redness but they are still there and spreading to his chest and arms. It has been years now and they are still spreading. He was also told they wouldn't transfer to another person but i started getting small ones on my chest.
I have a 22 year old daughter who is currently suffering from red blotches on legs. She usually has this prior and after her menstruation. It is recurring every month. I am thinking if she's getting this from foods like eggs, or chocolates. We already consulted a dermatologist and she had several blood tests like ESR. ESR test showed she has an infection; and she was presecribed Augmentin and other meds.. but to no avail. AT the moment, the blotches are recurring.
Turns into white blotch with red outline, swells, severe burning and itching on that location. Red outlines never develop any distinct shape. Size can be from a few small penny sized blotches to cover whole back. length can be from 30mins to whenever. If I am not having a recurrence of the symptoms in totality, the simple act of running my finger tips along my skin will leave marks as if I was clawed by an animal. Simple red marks. Duration: 3 months going.
Troubles began with ankles swelling, then later a toe nail began to fall off, months after, red and brownish blotches began to appear on one ankle with mild itching. The blotches have now developed on the other ankle and red spots have appeared on my legs. Dr. recommended MENTAX for 14 days. I see no improvement. Any ideas on what I may have?
