Avatar f tn t experienced any pain, fever, or any fluid coming out from the rash. The one on my lower abdomen is red and the one on my groin is older so its a bit brown, darker in color. The skin on the oldest rash (right groin) is rough. Recently about few days ago, I noticed that I was getting a smaller rash on my left groin area. I feel like these rashes especially the one on the lower abdomen gets itchier at night. I also noticed my rashes got worse this week.
Avatar m tn The itch begun between my legs and later on my buttocks, belt zone, armpits and fingers. Only now have I seen a few red pimples at my lower abdomen under my belly button. The itch wakes me up at night but apart from the rash on my abdomen I dont see anything else... As I am leaving my country for a MSc degree next week I am feeling really anxious if this will jeopardize my trip... Any advice? Could it be scabies even without a rash or something worse?
Avatar n tn Today, I noticed about 50 small red spots all over his upper and lower abdomen. He has also had diarrhea the past two days. The abdomen doesn't seem to itch or bother him in any way and the spots are not raised. What could this be?
1771073 tn?1314030214 Hi, I am 28. I noticed a spot on my lower abdomen, between my belly button and my pubic bone. It is not where my hair grows. It started out as small bumps looked like a little rash. It has been about 5 days and it has now formed into 4 spots. They are sortof in a square shape. They look like scabs but they are not. The area is red and a little puffy and it is somewhat itchy but mainly a dull achy burning pain. I constantly feel it burning. It is also warm to the touch.
Avatar n tn they seem to mostly be at the root of hairs that are growing in, some on inner thighs and some on top like where vagina begins/ lower abdomen ends. is this hpv or some other std? they dont itch or burn and i wouldnt have known they were there until i undressed. i wore new leggings today, though i dont think that would explain why there were bumps around the top and around where hairs are growing in. i know this is gross but has anyone had this? i am freaking out that i have an std. please help!
Avatar f tn Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin.It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin. I hope it helps.
1711722 tn?1356487554 Unfortuanately, shortly after I started using my abdomen (at about week 10 or 11), I got a nice Riba rash and my entire abdomen was one big red bumpy mess. It is finally clearing some now so maybe I will be able to use it again. I am hoping these discolored areas go completely away but they may not. I scar easily.
Avatar f tn Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
Avatar n tn She first got them in the upper thigh and lower abdomen area. Now they are on her abdomen and coming onto her chest. They are tiny pimples, they do get a little ***** head for less than a day to a full day then just go down to red only. They get better and then more appear. We have taken her to the pediatrician and the dermatologist, and a surgeon friend of ours has looked at them. Also our babysitters husband in an accupuncturist adn he has perscribed some herbs to us.
Avatar n tn OMG thanks u hit on the nerve I had therapy today an she did alto of abdomen an lower exercise wow an i came home had a rash
Avatar m tn The day after a sexual encounter, my testicles really ached and i developed pain in my abdomen and back, the opening of my urethra also started to look a little red (rash like). I had a test for Chlamydia and Gonnorhea 5 days after, which showed negative, but positive for Ureaplasma Urealyticum. I was prescribed doxycycline twice a day for 7 days. The pain in my back, testicles and abdomen remained, as did the red urethral opening.
Avatar m tn So I have this rash spreading from my abdominal area. I was in the shower and when looking down i noticed it. Basically it's just a bunch of red bumps that started around my ribs and lower back. Kind of looks like chicken pocks but more spread out and less "Violent" looking. I just want a couple suggestions on what it might be; things i can look up some pictures of to see if it matches?
Avatar m tn It looked like regular pimples, very itchy. The next day, I got a new one, on my lower abdomen and in my armpits, looking the same. Just now, the one in my armpits has calmed down, although it still itches occasionally. The one on my abdomen is the same. The one on my thighs is gone, took a month. However, in its place I have developed, on both sides again, a new rash, and that's the one that concerns me. It looks like a patch of red skin, with tiny itchy pimples inside. One thigh is worse.
Avatar f tn The spots have started to turn brown. Tiny petechiae appeared on my lower abdomen last night. I guess I need to see a dermatologist.
Avatar f tn I also have a raised red line that itches like crazy on my lower back that has a couple itchy red spots around it. I also had a red rash that was on my chest/lower neck. I put hydrocortisone cream on both my chest and the rash on my lower stomach and the one on my chest seemed to go away but the other has not and seems to have gotten worse (although the hydrocortisone did help the itching somewhat). I'm not really sure what it could be.
Avatar m tn A few weeks ago I first noticed these red marks appearing on my chest and abdomen. I'd hoped maybe it was just acne or a rash but they are now appearing on my back and arms. The original marks on my chest and abdomen are the largest, they almost look like blemishes or stretch marks. The newer ones are smaller and almost look like mesquito bites.
Avatar m tn But suddenly last week (about 6 weeks after), the tingling/prickly/burning sensations came back. And then I noticed a very disticnt red burning rash develop on my scrotum and underside of my shaft (basically where the two rest together). I have not developed any sores or red bumps or anything else that seem like classic STD symptoms...the only other noticeable thing is that the hair follicles on my inner thighs are a bit inflamed (not red, just a little raised).
Avatar n tn I have it on my lower back, lower abdomen/ private area, on my breasts and underneath them. I am just wondering what you think this condition could be and how do you think I could fix it. This discussion is related to Fungal Rash.
Avatar f tn I have had itchy, dry patches all over my upper chest, neck, and upper back, with a few extending to my underarms, lower back, and lower abdomen for over a month, almost a month and a half now. They were very red when they started, a few of them tan-ish, and not near as itchy as they are now. Now they are smaller patches, pinkish, and very itchy. They change a little very day. I have tried antihistamines and cortisone ointment, but that didn't help at all, so it isn't an allergy.
1139085 tn?1260841315 I have an itchy rash on my lower abdomen. They're red bumps that have now become scabs from scratching. This is the third time i have gotten it in the same spot. But this time its worse than the last two times. This rash does not spread anywhere else. it just stays in that one spot a few inches below my belly button. The first time i got it, i thought it was flea bites. then i got it a second time a few months later. Now its returned again. I'm not sure what its from.
Avatar n tn Just in case, I was taken off the Amoxicillin but the rash keeps increasing. The rash started as small tiny red dots across my abdomen and has spread. It is profuse on my knees, lower back, stomach, and very bad on my arms. The tiny red spots grew larger to now where on my arms it's a solid red mass, in other spots they almost look like rings as you can see in the photo. The skin is slightly raised, somewhat itches, and feels like a sunburn that burns and is hot to the touch.
Avatar f tn My son has had a rash with tiny red spots for more than 2 weeks. he has been on an antibiotic and it still has not cleared up. It started on his lower abdomen (bathing suit area - after sitting in a hot tub with his father and sister who have not had any idications of a rash) but it is now "crawling" up to his chest. What should we do?
