Your problem does not sound like an STI but again, I suggest you see another doctor. The fact that you have now taken several different antibiotics will make evaluation a bit more complicated but I still be4lieve you should be evaluated again.

As for the effect of your amoxicillin on your tests, you are correct, in some people amoxicillin will cure gonorrhea or make tests negative. t self-medicate with STDs is because only a test will determine what you really have, and some antibiotics work for some STDs and do nothing for others. 3g of amoxicillin combined with 1g of probenecid USED to be an effective treatment for gonorrhea, but not anymore. Many cases are resistant to this treatment, so other antibiotics are now used. We're talking about your bits-and-pieces, why risk permenant damage? Go get tested and treated properly.
