It goes away a in a week's time. I just brought this up with her and she said she has just had a HPV test with her normal pap and will get back to me with results. But has no symptoms herself. Could HPV be causing this and why do I have a breakout only when I am with her?

Hello, From the symptoms it looks like irritated hair follicles only. It does not look like jock itch which does not present as bumps but is a red itchy rash. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and calamine lotion. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics.
About 3 weeks ago I got some sort of contact dermatitis (or so the doctor says). He was convinced I was in poison ivy, I was positive it was a bite since I wasn't near poison ivy, and it started as three small dots that I found when I woke up. Long story short, it exploded into a disgusting, pussing mess, and spread violently, so after steroid creams did nothing, I was put on prednisone, 50mg x 5 days.
Hello, From the symptoms it looks like a viral infection or an allergic reaction. Apply an anti itch lotion like Sarna lotion and you can take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Also wear cotton clothes and consult a dermatologist as you may need topical steroids/ antiviral drugs which should be taken under medical supervision. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.

I've been to clinic and gotten blood tests but none of the doctors didn't find anything in my wrong in my blood systems.
My question is, ARS rash from what I gathered on the internet is 'macropapular' and non-pruritic. Does it look like pimples that have small amounts of white filled puss on top in small blisters? Can you have ARS rash with no fever?
Hi Doc, Thank you for your response,my eczema rash has gone away with the help of the melaleuca products, oil,n renew lotion, its a miracle to me,i just have the "pimples"which used to have pus like fluid exactly like a acne pimple, not big but there, however it doesnt have that now,n looks to be drying up,but but seems it has scarred the little red bumps on my skin.As for the rash its now gone so no itch, scaling, dryness, all gone.
I applied some dermlotion and Goldbound in the mornings. The red pimples morphed into scolded (heat rash) type rash. Now, I've had heat rashes in the past and usually get them between my thighs. It's been three days now, i notice the redness is almost all gone...but i notice a few more spots up around the crown. Any idea what this could be? I've scheduled a doctor's appointment for next week. But would like some piece of mind.
This develops when your sweat ducts become blocked and perspiration is trapped under your skin. Heat rash looks like a red cluster of pimples or small blisters that maybe associated with itching. It is more likely to occur on the neck and upper chest, in the groin, under the breasts, and in elbow creases. Adults usually develop heat rash in skin folds and wherever clothing causes friction. Most often, heat rash goes away on its own.

I have a rash that keeps coming back in right at the end of my tailbone (in my butt crack!) I would say it comes back like every other month or so. It kind of looks like little pimples. It itches, and eventually, the little pimple like things break, and then it goes away. Any ideas? Should I call a doctor or is this just like a heat rash or something?
Anyway It was about 3 years ago i started taking care of it the way i should but i still have this rash that looks like a bunch of tiny pimples. it doesnt hurt or itch its just there. use to be just on the foreskin around the head but recently its been on the head itself. what is it and what is the best way to treat it?
I shave and I didn't shave down there yesterday but still showered, so I figured that was why he had that rash type thing on him. Then when I went over tonight he told me that now the rash looks like little pimples. everytime I've been checked for HIV/STDS it always came up negative. And I was just at the gyno in January and everything was fine, and I didn't have sex with anyone since around august of 08.
My 18 year old son has a rash that covers ALL of his body except the palms of his hands, the bottom of his feet and most of his face. The rash looks like small red specks approx 1mm wide that are just under the skin, not raised, bright red like blood or like tiny strawberry birthmarks. In some parts of his body they are like pimples, they are raised and 1-2 mm wide. They range from red flat spots to a dark, dry looking rash similar to pimples or chicken pox. No discharge.
I have recently developed a rash around my mouth. nose. and chin. The rash looks like little pimples (red with whiteheads). They don't always hurt and sometimes it does itch I usually use Proactiv for a face wash. I was wondering if the rash could be from the Percocet or the tea and splenda. I really have not changed anything else in my diet or anything else. What could I use to treat the rash and make it go away. Any help would be great.
did it blanch when you press it? My rash looks dry. The rash blanch. There are times it will turn red and there are times that it goes lighter. What does ARS rash looks like?
He has had mild eczema all his life but the last few months he has had this rash on his butt cheeks that looks like goose pimples but a bit redder. He also has this on the top of his back. He had started playing football more and I thought it was due to sweating whilst exercising. However he has been to the Doctors and they have diagnosed Keratosis Pilaris - google it and see if it seems the same as yours.
It has been five days now and it still has not gone away. Underneath my skin it also looks like I have red bumps that's either a rash or pimples that just haven't come up. What could have caused this?
At first they thought it was an allergy to bromine from the hot tub. But the fact that both sisters think it is the same kind of rash that they had makes me think it is not the hot tub. No one else in my immediate family has a rash. All have been in the hot tub. I take lots of vitamins and I take prozac, tryptophan and pariet. I have been diagnosed with Sarcodosis twice when I was in my twenties. Autoimmune Diseases run in my family. I'm exhausted and very uncomfortable.
I have had a lot of acne in the past but recently (past few months) I have had what looks just like pimples on my chest/neck/back of neck and where my butt cheack begins and some around my butt. Could this be regular acne? it looks like it, basically little red dots. Some have whiteheads on it and some are just red. or coud this be something else? Molluscum Contagiosum? anything other then that? I also have few bumps toward the wayyyyy back of my tounge that are the same color as my tounge is.
I went to my dr yesterday and he says the rash looks like herpes but is confused becasue I have no pain. He said it could just be a derma something, and we did a culture and blood test. He was pretty certian that if this is herpes that I got it recently with in the last month or so. He said 2- 6 weeks after infection is when your first outbreak usualy occurs. As I stated before I have been in a relationship with 1 women going on 3 years next Feb.
