rash

Avatar f tn For the past couple of months I have noticed an itchy bumpy rash on the right side of my body which has showed up under my breast, on my inner thigh, and on my lower back. It comes and goes and I cannot figure out what is causing it or what is making it better in intervals. I have been diagnosed with a nickel allergy and eczema previously which I know are reoccurring skin problems but I find it strange that this particular rash is only appearing on my right side.
Avatar n tn Is it the whole side of your body or in certain areas? Do you have anything else going on like a rash, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, tingling, burning sensation ect.? It could be the beginning of shingles.
Avatar n tn I'm hoping that someone will be able to assist me - At the beginning of the year, I noticed that I started to get a severe pain on the right side of my body, under my rib cage. In addition, my ribs (especially one of them in particular) is extremely sore. After it got progressively worse, I went to my doctor. He figured it was my gall bladder, so he ran tests. Nothing - all looks good.... So, then he thought I might have broken a rib, so he ran X-rays. Once again, everything is fine.
Avatar n tn Then out of the blue i got numbish weak feeling down right side of face arm right leg. Then a pain under my right shoulder blade and short of breath. When this leaves my muscles are stiff and ache. I had some blured vision and hard time focusing my eye gets stiff feeling. Also get a bubble feel in my right ear and stiff neck.. I just had an mri to see if i maybe having a stroke waiting on results. One doc thinks its stroke and the first thing neuologist said is stress.
Avatar f tn no much of a difference so far. I'm frusterated with it. I've also lost 50% of the sensitivity on the right side of my body and deal with arthritic like pain in my joints and a burning sensation in the bones (on right side only). I'm going for more tests... I'd just like to see if any one else has any other opinions. Thank you, it is greatly appriciated!!
Avatar m tn Hi Grace, A red rash has appeared on the right side of the lower abdomen...not sure if I am describing the location right. Its basically on my bear belly sides ...specifically right side ? What could this be ? A similar smaller rash has appeared closer to the first one. It is red and itchy a bit. Also in last 3-4 days I had random pimples on my body. Can you please suggest what this might be ? In my previous posts I had indicated fears of herpes...and subsequent to tests ...
Avatar n tn The rashes on my left arm are worse then my rash on my right i also have a rash on the left side of my forehead. Now I have painful bumps on my lips two on the top left and two on the lower lip even top to bottom. my left lymphnode under my jaw is also swollen. and my tongue is also sore or the tip hurts when i roll my tongue. And in the past week I seen my doctor and had blood test done and everything was fine.
Avatar m tn I have a numerous little rashes on the right side of my temple which is spreading to my right forehead. The rashes come and go. They last for about three to four weeks, sometimes longer. My job consists of me being out in the sun all day and I think that it is sun spots but I do not know. I have a dark skin complexion and the rashes are of a very much lighter complexion. The rashes do not itch and are not painful.
Avatar f tn My 3 1/2 yr old daughter had a rash on her one side of her thigh and abdomen. I took her in the hot sun in bus which she was not used to earlier. I also switched to organic milk at this time. I was thinking it was heat rash. After a week when she played out in the sun at preschool, she got mild rash on all over her body. Then when we took her to Pediatrician she told that it is an allergy due to soap or due to detergent and asked to apply hydrocortisone cream 1% for 2-3 days.
Avatar n tn I am 30yrs old. I have had a skin rash on my upper body (arms, chest, & back). It is similar to acne, small red raised bumps. They itch very badly. Previous doctors say they do not know what it is and always tell me to take benydril. I have had them for 4 or 5 years and they come and go. Has anyone else had this kind of problem with Hep C? Could it be related? I have never been treated for Hep C because it has always been nonactive.
Avatar n tn I went to the tanning bed about 6 months ago and about week later noticed red circle rash about 5 of them on my right chest. I used clotrimazole cream and the rash turned flat white and itchy. I thought that it was cured. THen the spots showed up on my left upper back which is moving tords my shoulder same arm now theres a few on the inner side of my elbow. What ever it is isnt going away if anyone knows post a note.
Avatar n tn My husband recently developed a rash which started on his torso and spread to every area of his body except his face and genitals. It has pea sized red patches fairly close together, with some scaling (although not much) because of dryness. The bumps are barely raised, they are not ***** or cracking but there is some itchiness which goes away when my husband puts some cream on the itchy area. The rash has existed for about a month now with no previous history of rashes.
Avatar m tn Shoulders ...... I had a rash on the back of my neck, right near that spot on your neck that the tag on t-shirts always aggravates, extending across to my left shoulder, and I'm a scratcher too ....... I have difficulty just leaving things alone ....... I might be 50 something but I'd scratch a mosquito bite till it bleeds! Speaking of Missy Mouse and skin issues, she brough to my attention, while on tx.
Avatar n tn I don't know how to put this but I've been having some sort of rash around my right side of my breast. The rash wasn't this big but as time goes by it seems to be getting bigger and redder. It itches, but then when I try itching it, it hurts so much I just try putting moisturizers to prevent it from itching but it doesn't seem to work. I don't know what this is and my symptoms aren't very clear, but now about 8 months pasted and I am a little scared. Please help me.

Avatar f tn Now it has spread and is underarms and on inside of arms, about 6 inches down inside of arm and side of breast on both sides of body. It has been one week today since started. It's red and itchy. I've been on benadryl and also have been putting anti itch cream and more recently, hydrocortisone cream on, but it isn't gone yet! After 4 days of hydrocortisone cream, the skin now looks brownish more that red! It still itches. My dermatologist is booked until April.
Avatar n tn Every day I have a couple more bumps on various parts of my body - 5 at the hollow of my throat, 3 on the back of my lower neck, two on one breast, two below the other breast, 3 on my belly, two by my right elbow, one on the right side of my neck, one on the back of my right arm.
Avatar f tn long term use of strong corticosteroids has serious side effects. it could be eczema, or some form of dermatitis.
Avatar f tn i posted that on the other side when copyman was talking about how the body creates gamegazillions of virons every day and that's why we feel like cr** all the time coz the immune system is trying to ward off the invaders and i said well does that mean the worse you feel the better the TX is working coz if that's the case I'd celebrate except i don't feel up to it and he said unfortunately there was no correlation - between how lousy ya feel and how well the tx is working.
Avatar f tn the rash either abated in time or the repetetive putting on of the lotion got rid of it. Still if you stop using the lotion it comes right back. Anyway it helped me a lot. Also making sure my clothes were loose on the spots it got bad (Ie: underwear lines) helped quite a bit too. Good luck.
Avatar f tn That's something most people get when they're older, but it does sometimes happen to younger people. If you have or get a rash on that same side of your body, see a doctor right away -- especially if it's on your face. Don't let not having insurance stop you. The fact that you're 22 makes it highly unlikely anything is seriously wrong.
4652753 tn?1364585546 If you already have a rash on your neck and chest, get on top of it right away. These rashes can and will snowball out of control rapidly. (You are not being a wimp.) Over the counter steroids creams and over the counter antihistamines were useless for me, totally useless. They did nothing. My treatment team was useless and dragged their feet doing nothing until the rash was really pretty bad and I demanded they do something. I paid for their incompetence with a lot of misery.
Avatar n tn I agree with the fungal specialist that a culture of Candida albicans doesn't mean much by itself. The fact that it took so long and so much therapy to clear up strongly suggests that yeast (Candida) wasn't the main problem. You ask what you have now. Yet the symptoms you say you now have are: "To this day, I tend to have slight facial outbreaks on the flares of my nose, the crease of my chin, and the left side of my face.
Avatar f tn Then I got 3 more spots just like it about 1-3 wks later. Two on my upper arm beside eachother and the other on the side of my leg near my knee. Within the past 2 weeks, I've gotten 7 more spots. (3 on legs in different spots, 1 on tummy, 1 near armpit, 1 on back and 1 on forearm) Some smaller, some bigger and some more red while the others are just pink. They have not changed their size since I have gotten them. The are slightly raised at the edge but flat.
Avatar n tn Hi Dr., I have a red pinkish, Non Ichy rash on the head of my penis in which I just noticed one morning. I figured it was just go away but it has not and its been about 3 weeks. Its about 1/2 inch in size and scaly. I am starting to get worried about what it is. Thanks for your response.
