rash

Hi! I am 21 weeks pregnant. I have a rash on just my right arm and when I went to the doctor she just told me it was a normal pregnancy rash. What is a "normal pregnancy rash"? Has anyone else had one? P.S. I found out last week I'm having a boy! Yay!
This morning i woke up with itchy feet and noticed that i have red spots all over my body. My feet and hands are slightly itchy and the rest of my body is just spotty. Im 34 weeks pregnant and not sure what i should do...has anyone else experienced this?
Uuuuuugh!! I just wanna scream and cry!! LOL I've had this rash that started Saturday. It started around my collarbone. Now it's gone down to my chest and is creeping onto my belly!! It is sooo itchy. I put no name aveeno on it last night and it BURNED!! The best way to describe it is like a heat rash because it's prickly like that! Can't catch a break I tell ya! No idea what it's from. I've had allergy testing in the past and am not allergic to common allergens.
My daughter is 28 weeks pregnant and has rash in the palms of her hands.
Would anyone know why my daughter would have a rash too ? Cause I have a rash on my hands !! And now my daughter does. .
My hands and feet are bubbling and pealing is it some thing to do with pregnancy??
i dont care if its gone i just want to not itch as bad....my OB said it looked like the PUPP rash but she said its too early in pregnancy to have that rash but i am one of those people that anything can happen!!! i hope you get your rash under control but aveno is a great product for itchy skin.
I have this weird dry rash that is on top of my hands... my skin is cracking and there are little red bumps starting from the knuckles down. My knuckles are peeling a little bit and they look slightly blue like they are bruised. Oh and they itch Super bad.!! I scratch and now they started to bleed a little... I tried putting lotion and medicine on it but it ends up burning alot.! :c so I dont know if it has to do with my pregnancy or what but it hurts really bad... Im 27 weeks...
Yep, it's another wonderful sign of pregnancy. It'll go away after pregnancy. Nothing really helps, avoiding hot water for long periods on your hands.
starting about three days ago the tops of my feet started itching SO bad...i mean like really bad and then the next day the tops of my hands started. It itches only on the tops and between my toes and fingers...ive read about the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands becoming splotchy red and itchy while pregnant but mine are strictly the tops. I dont have a rash of hives or anything...the only bumps and cuts on them are from me scratching so much.
I am suffering many of the same type of symtoms ... burning itch (with no rash) on my hands, legs, feet, and face ... (for me at least) it seems to be related to diet ... I'm working on linking it to what foods in particular are causing it ... so far I've tied it to spicy foods and possibly dairy (and possibly certain sugars as well ...
I'm 23w2d and this morning I woke up with a red rash all over my face. Is this normal? It doesn't itch and its only on my face.
If i raise my hands above my head the redness will dissapear in seconds and they are not as hot anymore, but if i leave my hands by my sides I can just feel the blood rushing to my hands and turn beat red. Also my hands and feet will be very cold in the winter and sometimes turn blue or even red when they are very cold. It has gotten worse this winter and I don't understand why it happens or what i can do.
Hi, I am currently 20 wks pregnant and noticed about a week ago that I had a small rash on my hands. It went away after a couple of days so I thought nothing of it. A few days later my hands started to peel. And yesterday, my feet started peeling as well. The peeling on my feet was severe, a full layer of skin came off the entire sole of my foot. Does anyone know what this may be or what causes it?
I am 7 weeks with my second child, and have developed a rash on my hands and feet. Is this normal during the first trimester? The bumps do not itch. It started out as 3 bumps, and now has spread to both hands and feet.
Hi i am also 5 weeks i would go to doctor for the rash. I dont think light weight lifing will hurt. Just dont over do it. Exercise is very good for u and baby.
I had a rash all over my stomach a little later in my pregnancy and then ended up getting it again right after delivery. The rash looked a lot like little white head pimples and itched like crazy. Not sure it that's what yours is??? Anyway, I was told it's a pregnancy related rash and both times it cleared up on it's own. Best wishes!
he's got a rash it started on his butt then it went to his front and now it's on his hands it's like little red dots everywhere should I be concerned? Is this just from teething?

Hi I've been racking my brains and those of many doctors who have no idea what the issue with my skin is so would love to know if anyone else has/had the same issue. I gave birth to my beautiful daughter over 8 months ago now. During the pregnancy everything was wonderful - no issues whatsoever except for very puffy feet which I kind of expected. I had a tiny itch on my shin but nothing I'd have written home about.
do you use any kind of lotion on your stomach? my sister in law got a rash during her pregnancy from the lotion she was using for specifically for stretch marks. i don't think you're describing a stretch mark, though. it just sounds like a rash.
I NEVER felt comfortable with the topical cortisone (though it worked to really dry out...perhaps too much...the rash on my hands) so I kept searching for something safer. EMU OIL was a gift from God. Brought near immediate relief. I also noticed that cutting back on inflammation inducing foods helps tremendously. Specifically, it has helped to cut back on sugar, nuts, peanut butter, dairy, and wheat.
I just tell myself thats whats causing it. By the way my intense itching has NO visible rash what so ever. My hands look perfect as if nothings there. You can slightly feel a difference in texture. Has anyone else exerienced that?
My daughter who is now 2 gets a rash whenever her skin is exposed to cold.I started noticing it last winter, when the air indoors or outdoors is 65 degrees or cooler she gets bumps that are slightly raised and they do not seem to itch. They kind of look like welts and she doesn't seem to even know they are there.
Does anyone have a nail issue also? After I got this itch problem my fingernails got infected and 4 doctors I have been to don't know what it is or how to treat it.
This is just a quick question to see if anyone else has experienced a problem like this during their pregnancy. I noticed yesterday evening that my upper back was itching quite a bit... by the time I went to bed my feet, hands, calves, and hips were also itching pretty badly. It actually kept me up for a while. There is absolutely no rash or redness that would indicate an allergic reaction (plus I haven't used any new detergents or soaps recently).
). And with her, I didn't mind her seeing the rash. It still covers about 75% of my body.
I am almost 9 weeks and today I learned that a child at my daughters day care has fifth's disease. I have a call into my Doctor. What are the effects on the pregnancy to the fetus??... to myself?? Any info or experience would be very helpful. Thak you.
