Changed my diet and included good amount of vegetables. Since 2008, I moved from Nexium to Ranitidine. Take a Antiacid one that is good is Ranitidine I took 2 a day. And it works great! Slow down on the fried foods, Sugar, And live life to its fullest!

But I am 35yrs old and taking Nexium for the rest of my life and drinking Zantac and Gaviscon after every meal is no picnic. It tastes awful.
