Over a year ago i was given ranitidine for the treatment of GERD. I took my first dose and i started to feel nausea so i went to bed, during the night i started vomiting and not like any vomit i had ever experienced before. i thought nothing of it, until my heart began to race through out the night. the next morning i thought i might be allergic to one of my medication as i was prescribed 2 medication all at once.
I was already taking Oxy, naproxen, flexaril, emtec, ranitidine, xenical and sometimes Arbil and Tylenol, does anyone know if these are all ok together? Thanks!
It damaged my esophagis (now esophogitis) and I have never got rid of the diareah . I have seen 5 Dr.s and they say it is now ibs-d. My current medications are RANITIDINE 150MG 2X DAY, CITALOPRAM HBR20MG TABLETCAR 2X DAY, ACCOLATE 20 MG TABLET ZEN 2X DAY, ALBUTEROL SULFATE ER 4 MG TMYL 2 2X DAY, HISTA VENT DA TABLET SA ETH 2X DAY, AMITRIPTYLINE HCL 50MG TABMYL 1X DAY.
He is on formuterol fumarate 12 mcg, paratropium bromide .5, hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg, simvastatin 10 mg, citalopram hydrobeomide 10 mg, losactan 100 mg, metoprolol tactcate 25 mg. carbamaze 200 mg. 2 X per day. lpratropium (2 sprays 4C perday), funisolade (2 sprays daily), asmanex twisthslor (1 puff daily), trazodone 50 mg as needed, Hydrocodone 5/500 as needed for pain, ranitidine 150 as needed, chlorphenramine 4 mg as needed.
ranitidine has never helped me, even the last time something like this happened
Latest developments are that my doctor has put me on 4 week course of citalopram 10mg, and reluctantly diagnosed me with IBS. I'm not 100% convinced. Had adverse reaction to meds within first 2 weeks. Couldn't take nausea feeling after week 3 so stopped taking. Nausea was and still is consistent whilst taking citalopram or not.
Chest pains feel they are related to nerve pain? Can feel sharp tingley pain similar to that of a pinched nerve in lft arm...
Lithium, Effexor XR, Diazepam, Zyprexa
Also take daily Ranitidine for reflux
