ve never been officially diagnosed, just something my GP thought might be bothering me and prescribed me ranitidine... long story short, the ranitidine worked fine (150 mg/2x a day) and I was symptom free within 24 hours. Flash forward to 5 weeks ago, I thought I was developing a bit of a chest cold with some chest tightness. Figured the cough would come along later... funny thing, it never came.
i saw a doctor and he prescribe me cimetidine. The cimetidine actually cools the pain but for a very short period of atmost 2 hours. the pain is felt in my upper abdoment and then spread through my back. the night pain is more severe. please help me out with any perfect idea.

I am regular follow up SINCE 1998 with LIVER FUNCTION TEST LFT test and SGOT AND SGPT test twice in a year. they are FOUND normal . The HBV DNA test carried in Dec 2012 result also shows <20 IU. and HBe Ag is negative (- ve) since 1998 .
Now a days i am feeling exhausted by the evening as my current job is to daily travel about 200 k.m. by train. Acidity and non digestions is frequently occurred.
For over a month now I have been suffering from stomach pain, nausea, a bit of gas and bloating, and food tasting really weird/gross. I've been taking prescribed antacids for it and lots of generic tums. A similar thing like this occurred a month ago, however, my stomach only hurt when I touched the very lower portion of it then. Today my stomach hurts when I touch it mostly in the middle and when I don't touch it. The pain feels like the inside of my stomach is just raw.

The endoscope that proved I am infected with gastritis was 20 days a go, and yes I am still suffering from this disease and the Librax and the Motilium are for this desease and I use it now.
My disease story is as follow: twelve years ago, I suffered from stomach pain, all the doctors I met was advising me to take Lansoprazole, or Amprazole, or Rantadine. No one of these medications helped me but my situation went worse with vomiting and severe pain and loss in weight.
