When I look all the way up, if I support the back of my head there is no pain. The pain also go to my left shoulder now too but still mostly on my left neck. Please help and let me know what I can do to get rid of this pain. I can’t really go out for treatment now since the covid 19 thing. Ps. There is no pain if i keep my head straight. Thank you in advance for all your help, I am greatly appreciated.
My cardiologist put me on ramipril a few wks back and after 10 days ran blood tests whic came back normal. this morning I woke up with diarriah and some serious kidney pain on the right side.It doesn't hurt when I urinate or have a bowel movement although certain body movements cause it to occur. My question is can this be caused by ramipril along with my lasix and potassium with a delayed reaction or buildup?
Taking Ramipril In morning for several years. Recently started taking Laxido & banana (for breakfast). About the same time started coughing frequently but intermittently & became slightly breathless when walking. 2 days ago doctor called Emergency as I had persistent chest pain & burping. No heart attack but abnormal ecg, which however improved after being in A&E for several hours. Wondering if Ramipril + laxido + banana too much potassium?
5mg everyday, for to treat the diabetic nephropathy, i can get ramipril in my town but its 5mg ramipril capsule in the chemists, and his medications are over, so should i let him take the 5mg ramipril? my big concern is would the dose cause hypoglycaemia or any other effects as the dosage will be double the dose hid doctor prescribed? please help me on that, i will be grateful...thank you.

I was put on Ramipril 5mg as my BP was high. Wondering how long it takes to work. My pulse is low a 59 but my BP is still high. Is this normal? Im worried if they put the dose up my pulse will go even lower.
I also tale predisilon ,Azithiopring,Ramipril,Aspring.But my Doctor says i have to take this drugs for ever.

I have kidney failure (Gfr generally between 40 and 50 but recently closer to 40), and also crohns which has been in remission for years but has recently been shown to be very active. My problem is for about 12 months now I have been prescribed ramipril for my kidneys and high blood pressure, but in the last few months and weeks (it seems to me since crohns has become active) it is making me feel absolutely terrible.
more and more i see ramipril 2.5 ordered to help kidney function...could you elaborate for my own knowledge please...

I just started to take ramipril at night and now my bood pressure is elevated in the morning. I used to take it in the morning and my bp was higher in the evening.
4, the nexrt test was 5 he was okay about it, four weeks ago was put back on high blood pressure tablets but prior to starting them they carried out another Kidney blood test and four weeks later l was told bp down to 134/84 on 5mg ramipril but the blood test four weeks ago was high again and has to be repeated.
I went to the hospital with chest pain. They said I was having a heart attack and gave some medicine, I think called thrombosis to break up the clot. They then put a cathader in my wrist and checked my heart. No damage was found. My ekg is normal.
Why do I have to take so many medications if everything is as it was before.
That's what we're wondering. The doctors said the ramipril is not just for blood pressure but is also for his weak heart to see if it improves the EF. They've sent him for additional tests and even recommended a higher dose of ramipril despite the fact that his oxygen level was 114 when he did the bicycle test. I switched to gastric resistant aspirin and stopped my anti-acid meds. Mainly because I was getting a few stomach aches.

observation they said that it was muscle pain, not heart pain. By that time the pain was gone. Now today again I got left chest pain along with some jaw pain. I am writing with a nitroglycerine tab under my tongue. With slighest wind or loud sound I am getting ear pain and throat pain nowadays. Now I get panicked with jaw pain. How can I distinguish that these chest pains and jaw pains are related to heart or not? Please help me to get rid of this situation.
I had to stop taking ramipril 1.25mg after a week due to various side effects. thurs I had severe shaking or chills etc. so stopped it on advice but 4 days later feeling bit better but I keep feeling funny.
its like my head feels funny and the feeling like your lightheaded - going to faint or collapse but not quite and doesn't go away.
my wife age 39 having diluted cardiomayopathy no symptoms of short breath, swelling, pain etc. docter says unknon cause. now treatment is carvedilol 12.5 mg twice. ramipril 2.5 mg once. spiromide 20mg once. loprin 75 mg once. q10 enzyme 50mg once. Is it a good treatment for the patient.
m 35, male, non-smoker, drink moderately, exercise regularly, eat healthily. I had gone to the doctor to complain of back pain between my shoulder blades and he suggested it didn't sound like my heart but out of due diligence I should have a stress echo done. The exercise part of the test was fine - normal response to exercise, as expected because I cycle, had been lifting weights and used to do a lot of kickboxing.
Still no proper cure. She takes insulin, Cresto and pressure medication Ramipril. She does annual checkup with Cardiologist too. Please advice.

He has been put on medication which consists of CORTISONES, RAMIPRIL, LASIX and many other medications to reduce the protein, cholesterol, blood pressure etc and some Magnesium for his cramps. He has blood and urine tests every month which so far are showing a small sign of improvement.
He too was told that he could eat anything as it makes no difference, but he does try to avoid red meat.

Your blood pressure is obviously high but you have started with the lifestyle modification with exercise and dietary changes. Moreover ACE inhibitor drugs like Ramipril is a good antihypertensive and should lower the blood pressure. However ensure that you take this drug regularly as prescribed and get your blood pressure monitored at regular intervals.
