t even answer why I am given ConcorCor which is said to counter hyper blood pressure while my blood presssure has always been lower than average.

I have FSGS and am currently only on high blood pressure and cholesteral medicine. My doctor tells me that my diet will not make a difference at this point. Is this true? Anyone have anymore good info on FSGS? Thanks!

Im not certain how you think the blood pressure medication is affecting your diastolic pressure? I'd have to assume that you understand that it should be lowering it and perhaps your question is if youre having some paradoxical response. Have you had a stress echo. Any family history of heart disorders. Any secondary causes of hypertension at such a young age. Certainly you may be experiencing a response to the anti hypertensives.

Thanks for your reply. I was put on it due to diastolic dysfunction. They think as i was taking beta blocker and this that also lowers bp plus another of my meds etc was in the mix too. I too had a dry cough. But now ive stopped it its the funny feeling im getting.
