In addition to my original post, I am 32 years old, sort of healthy? I'm 280lbs, 6'1, obviously overweight, I am quite muscular due to being very physically fit at one point in my life, so more muscle than flub. I'm slightly inactive although I go through periods of exercise and then no exercise for the past few years. I have asthma and high blood pressure, I'm also being treated for depression and anxiety.
