When you are withdrawing , you should be careful with taking vitamins because they could cause more diarrhea. There are drinks like Propel that has a substantial amount of vitamins to help you and not too much that can cause side effect. Just make sure of staying away from white sugar or caffeine that can increase your anxiety and lack of sleep.

Me too. As soon as I lay down to sleep at night, there's a dance party going on. Some days it's a waltz, but other days it feels like breakdancing.

In my opinion...and it doesnt amount to much, you've got 2 things you can do. Broadcast a nice message telling everyone to get their tail ends out of there because we are going to nuke 'em .......or pull the hell out! Nobody in this country is going to create peace there. Its hundreds of generations of hate....
oh and another practice i do personally to keep posative (i too suffer from depression it was really bad but im keeping it under control and i have improved tremendously) before you go to bed (do this yourself aswell) think of ten good things that happend throughout your day anything at all any good things the sun was shining, you seen cute puppy, you got to work on time, your alive, you have a family that loves you, a beautiful daughter, who graduated highschool, got into college, you got a re
5 which I feel fine.. As of late I have been waking up with what my friend believes is psychotic episodes, moments of ultra confusion for me as I usually have no recolection. It is now getting to the point where I could hurt myself as I thrash about and walk into walls. I had a CT Scan which showed no problem. These attacks which I thought where TIA"s (Transient ischaemic attacks) mini strokes if you like proved otherwise..
Yes there is some research that expresses that concern so that is why there are studies to have anti-psychotics be used in children who may be exhibiting potential signs of psychosis although this is clinically controversial. I now know I always had behavior that was unusual and somewhat abnormal since I was a child, first started having psychotic thoughts when I was 13 and then at the age of 18 had a full psychotic break.
It led to her depression recently and she has been on medication for two months now. If you have heard any successful story on treatment of paranoia, pls share with me. Thanks.
