I wondered about the change in lyrics too. It's hard to think that he'd forget the lyrics when it is obvious that a lot of time went into the arrangement. But perhaps you're right. I like this version better but I can understand why you might not. Maybe I like this version better because I think the lead vocal is much better live than it is on the studio version and so I listened to this version so much that these seem like the right lyrics to me.

If I am lucky enough, I notice the psychosis when I begin to have thoughts that I am being spied on or my telephone is bugged. I also begin to make detailed plans for my demise. I can hear voices of people arguing or talking just at the edge of my hearing. If I start to notice these things I get myself to the psych dr or when I lived at my last place I checked myself into the psych hospital as I quickly would become a danger to myself.

Risperdal is an anti-psychotic but that's a subclinical dose so perhaps your psychiatrist prescribed it for panic attacks but I haven't heard of it for that use though it may have some effects. There is no particular interaction between the two medications. If it helps then see what happens. At that small dose there shouldn't be many problems and at any dose those two medications can be used together safely.

I truly think you need some kind of pschyotherapy - what you are doing is not natural, and I think you need help to get life into perspective. You need to think about your son's future mental development and the weird things you are doing. I don't find it all natural, and you could be harming your son. Hope you can get some help as you are obviously in a seriously psychotic state and need some medical help to get you into a normal healthy mental state.

Whatever you do don't stop the Effexor abruptly -- taper off slowly as you need to. We can't know, unfortunately, what medication would work best for you. While the above is true, therapy should always be tried first and should also be done while you're on medication, there is not guarantee therapy will work and when it dos work it takes a long time to do so -- sometimes life is just too horrible to wait to find the right therapist and often therapy just doesn't work.

I now know I always had behavior that was unusual and somewhat abnormal since I was a child, first started having psychotic thoughts when I was 13 and then at the age of 18 had a full psychotic break.
